TaBTVRemote

Doesn't work with my Beyond TV ver 4.9.3 (Build 6535). Thanks for trying. Any chance of writing a Beyond TV client for Android? I'd love to be able to watch my recorded stuff on my phone.

Had a chance to play with this app for a while and I am very impressed. The TaBTVRemote software is basic but allows access to all BTV functions, though some may take additional steps. This application connects to your Snapstream Beyond TV server via Wifi. Configuration is simple: enter your server IP and port, then restart the app. No configuration is needed on the BTV Server PC, the BTV app just need to be running (interface does not need to be open). The app works well on the tablet and phone I tested on, and will work in either screen orientation on both. I can not seem to get the text entry feature to work, but I'm not running the Web Admin - ERC modification to BTV and suspect that may be required. There are a few buttons I would like to add, like jump and guide, and a few I would like to hide like the computer power controls. I have played with using TaBTVRemote with other PC applications and websites like Netflix. Seems to work, but limited by the available keys. Glad the developer took time to release this app.
