Nedbank PocketPOS™ for Android
I have been using this app since July but am not able to send e-mail receipt as there is no option for it. I also can't open customer receipts or merchant receipts. Please help.
My pocket pos keeps resetting during transactions, iv made a complaint over 3 weeks ago and still no help from nedbank poor and pathetic service.
I cannot do any transactions now. It says that there is no active application available.

Can't send customer a receipt or log out. Pocketpos resets itselp while you are busy
Money takes 5 days to clear into my account even though it is connected to a nedbank account and Nedbank doesnt know why..... Worst service
It took us 1 full month plus days to get pocketpos machine .swiped card it took us 8days for money to be cleared into the account another 2 days to get the card . Im sure it going to another week to increase the withdrawal limit. This is unexpected n unprofessional service . Not one person has apologised for this from this so called Nagging bank

I log in and it tells me: "No active Applications Available" like how am I supposed to use my pocket Pos now?????
New version sucks wish I dint upgrade how can I go back to the old version does not give reference automatically keep repeating the same always have to change aaarrrrrgggg
Was worrying fine till I upgraded to the New version now when I open the app it says "pocketpos stopped working " and then exits, very embarrassing when trying to deal with customers
I love this update before when my network roaming to mtn he can't open the app but now is 100÷ thanks again

Worst decision I made, have lost business, app times-out continuously, has communication errors and sometimes just doesn't open...they need a new and better app

Here are some specifics: There are quite a few cards the app won't accept - invalid card type. Client's name not always shown on slip, makes recon difficult. Timeout between card insertion/swipe and pin entry ridiculously short. Hardly enough time to pass device to client. The msg 'app stopped working' invariably occurs everytime I use it. Javascript errors occur commonly of late. I can't do refunds - perhaps I just don't know how. Clients can't select budget periods for high value transactions. And more..
Nedbank wake-up! This is the poorest and worst product I've had to put up with for my business!!!
Absolutely worst business decision ever, don't get a pocketpos! The app is a nightmare, and just when you think it's sorted you try open it and NOTHING. Lost so much business because of this product. Rather try another bank, maybe fnb of capitec. I feel like I have been mislead and lied to.

After login app just crashes nothing happens . Price on website says not applicable does that mean free

This app keeps freezing and causing bank charges the pocket pos won't pay for. In reply to your reply; My Device is always fully charged and my Note 3 as well. There is no way for me to reprint slips or to do manual transactions . Iloose a lot of business and revenue with this product
App will not open after log in
Bought device. Call centre uninformed to anything about device. Never worked. Staff unhelpful. This is a total failure. Dont take it.

1. The dates on the history page for all transactions are not listed in order, causing confusion.2. When payments come through on our account it does not reflect the reference that was entered at the time of paying, further sometimes payments are made in bulk into our account, causing confusion as this does not reflect to whom this payment should be allocated to on our records. This is very frustrating, as I have called the help desk numerous times, spoken to numerous people and have still not received help
