Talk2Go for TalkTalk Business

For the third time I am trying it to work, received email with confirmation of registration but... Zero...it does not work. I go to the app and still in the pin registration page. Useless. One of the main reason I subscribed to Talk Talk phone contract, definitely not renewing it. What a disappointment also the customer service saying that it's a free app service so should not complaint.

Pretty poor that they stop previous Talk2go app for house hold users and this app is only for business users. This app does NOT accept my account credentials. Is there any app for house hold customer appart for checking account?

If I could, I would leave no star at all. Talk2Go Home was working, but I think after Talk Talk web got hacked, it also stopped working. What a failure Talk Talk is to not be able to bring Talk2Go back to it's customers and cheer them slightly up.

Every so often I come back to this app to see if it now works. It's a no no no no no. Was a main reason I chose talk talk business. Ah well contract nearly up now

Misses too many phone calls. Doesn't present correct caller ID. Quality of call poor at times. Must try harder.

TalkTalk just told me this cannot be set up properly for new users and they don't know when it will be fixed!!!

Option to set ring tone and ring tone volume is needed. And most important option to display my office landline number when calling out, not mobile number.

Great App!

First of all, it is nearly a year since talk2go stopped working. Then now talk2go for household is unavailable. And lastly this is not even downloading in my galaxy s7 edge; Absolutely rediculous. And amazingly when you tell them you want to leave talktalk they will tell you that talk2go will not be availavle to you if you leave, which is already not available to me. Liar

The original app would not register new customers, then update said it would now work, it didn't and customer service not informed to help. New business app (I use talktalk for home and business) released, happy days I think! I need this service for my business landline to forward my call to me out of hours, it was the main reason signing up with a business package with them, I register now OK, turn on and test the feature, does it actually work and do what it says on the tin... nope. 4 months wasted.

I like it but you must have a business account with them or it won't work

Nice little VoIP app. Easy to use and looks very good.

Residential app disappeared from Google Play but has not worked for six months anyway. Tried to used Call Diversion boost but it won't work until the problems with Talk2Go are sorted.

Talk2go for residential customers down since the last hack, part of our paid for service is missing, fobbed off for 6 months talktalk do not value or respect their customers. We deserve much better. I thought it would be impossible to be more incompetent than sky, talktalk have proved me wrong.

Don't install. Useless !

Works great but drains battery. When will the chat and video call features be installed?

Pritty sad how they have stopped the app for talk talk house and only got it for business users. Overall talk talk are Pritty poor from Internet to mobile and to customers service

Follow me is not reliable. My biggest issue is that when on a call other notification and ringtones still play at full volume. When using stock dialler these would be muted.

Good idea but follow me goes to status. Get it right and 5 stars. Tried it on other phones same thing.

Sometimes it rings, sometimes it doesn't, really not good for business. It's not always on in the background, and the app needs to be open for it to work. It needs to be reliable and flawless before adding features.

If I ring someone back, why does it show my mobile number instead of office number (were the calls are redirected from). Also, how do I change ringtone?

Really great app for when we're on location. Although, it would be great to be able to transfer calls to another number. For example, transferring someone to our finance department seamlessly would be a great feature as it would replicate our internal system.

I have cleared the cache and data of the play store but still can't install the app. Error code 505

There are a few things really annoying about this app. 1. Default should be 'follow me' and should be a button press without logging into the system and going through a confusing menu system. 2 The user ID that came up on the called phone is my mobile number. My TalkTalk number should be there! 3. I had one way speech a couple of times. 4. Should be able to change the ring tone.

Love it. I am just keeping my landlines calls diverted to my mobile all the time. Got my kids setup with the app as well. Phone bill now smaller!

Not compatible with lollipop.

When I saw the features of this app I was really excited but it doesn't quite deliver, it's so close though! Firstly, it only seems to be connected when I'm using my mobile, not when it's just sat on my desk and secondly it doesn't seem to work with bluetooth headsets, if these issues could be sorted I would be very happy! Lastly, I have Talk Talk at home and work, but I couldn't seem to install the Talk Talk (domestic) version of this app (error 505 I think).

This new TalkTalk App is ingenious, TalkTalk have developed an app that rings when your landline phone rings and not only that its for up to 5 users and all app to app calls are free. Looking at other TalkTalk Apps, there a couple I'd also like to try My TalkTalk TalkTalk TV TalkTalk Mobilesafe Mix off by TalkTalk TalkTalk MyAccount

Question to talktalk when can we expect this app to be compatible with modern android devices?

ring tone too quiet can't change. useless until I can make it louder. will re evaluate after quite ring tone is fixed/changed.

Brilliant app by TalkTalk will be really useful when I go abroad - bye bye roaming charges.

This app is superb, I have used on my trips abroad to avoid high roaming costs. Look and feel is great as well.

Everyone should get on TalkTalk and use this app. Its a winner.
