This app shows absolutely nothing i log on and i get the same message every time sorry we can't load your account details at the moment olease try again later, how much later is that? Why bring an app out that doesn't work and i have to go to your website instead.
STILL can't log on via the app. 2 months in a row now I've went over my allowance due to the fact I can't keep an eye on my usage. Ridiculous. If I could get out of my talk talk contract without an hefty cancellation early fee I'd do it straight away.
Awful app for an awful company. Shows my old account i had 10 years ago because none of them have the brains to remove it from my new account. Havent been able to pay a bill yet cuz they keep putting it on the old account. Hope they get shut down.
It's been more than 3 months still can't open app just keeps saying we can't log you in at this time please try later.... How much later 3 plus months later and still not working... Also sent about 3 emails to support but to this day still not had a reply.
Fact you have to log in each time is a pain. Doesn't itemise all costs on the mobile section, I hadn't realised that although SMS messages were free I was being charged at 35p per an MMS message, and as this was only listed in the app as an uncovered charge, took me a while to realise how I was running up a bill.
Used to be a good app. Then you had to sign in every time.Absolute pain when you want a quick check of your usage and now since last update just continuously searches for data and doesn't tell you anything. As per usual with TalkTalk you tell them and get no where. Tried reinstalling still doesn't work. Useless!!!
This was my last try at accessing my account and viewing it. Have been with talk talk a few months and even on my pc browsers, I cannot view my important account details. "Sorry, we can't bring you the page you were after" is all I get across all platforms. Advise please....very poor I.T. solutions.
As many people know. They are a bottom of throm youe barrel budget provider with outsourced poor call centre support. This app is *that* bad. You would almost think they are trying to discourage you from checking how much you have spent. With days pf lag time behind the REAL account. And constantly logging you out. So you have to go and dig out your password. Just to keep track and a tight rein on how much youve spent. Which makes it easy for costs to run away.
Fed up having to login all the time. I know it a security feature but why not keep you logged in but then use a pin for account changes.
This app is good. But as for supersafe I had a nightmare with it, you only get one device and the customer service people are definitely in India, I had it on my old phone that broke I wanted it on my new phone which I got it on but its a big app drains battery, also I'll be calling talk talk as were guaranteed 35mbps and my WiFi signal on phone says I'm getting 5mbps we pay £26.50 so because of this km going to change it to the £19.99 pm
After signing in, the app sits there with progress spinners by 'current usage' and 'latest bill'. For ever. I know that it could be the server to blame, but if so, the app should apologise for the server and show a retry button or something. And the picture of a dog making oral contact with a girl is revolting.
Its only partially working, your account is clear enough, I havent found length of contract yet and that sort of information, but if you were going to use the Broadband speed check, ive found the "GO" button only momentarily displays, then the dials dont display at all, there is literally nothing in the middle of my Samsung note screen, and nothing runs. So i think a little more work is in order. But the App idea is great.
Terrible app stuck on Bill page not loading anything same as the web version login and it just keeps reloading the page over and over not sowing anything
Does not recognise either of my talk talk email passwords. What a waste of time
Pointless and useless, just like their customer service.. Avoid talk talk at all costs.
Not a bad app but as of the past few days is stuck on the billing page and I cannot return to the home screen or see any other account information....please fix!
Please please please remove the need to log in, every single time. I've not even had my broadband set up yet and I find this irritating.
This app is pathetic. Why do I have to hunt for my username and password every time I want to open it which defeats the the purpose of an app in the first place.
For what it is, I have found this app to be good. So far logging in has been fine, just what you should expect. Not needed customer service, so unable to comment on that.
Requiring us to log in every time we use this app kinda defeats the point of an app
Waste of time as the app doesn't work.No update on usage for a week now and thats even with it being down last night for a service update.
Keeps singing me out and does not remember my credentials
Have to log in every time, needless to say forgot my password. Have tried resetting password but just keeps saying something went wrong. Its a bit ridiculous that a company that takes to do with communications has such an amateur app. The amount of comments here & low score should prompt you to fix this, but hey ho as long as the monthly debits roll in.
Don't want to have to log in each time. The app is unstable. Keeps reporting that my mobile data is offline when it's on.

Is currently providing no info. No bills to view (1st bill was received over 2 months ago), no calls listed (several listed on website). Wastes resources running in background to notify of wifi connection with no option to disable. Currently less than useless. 12 Months on and still no bills. Apparently my line and broadband is disconnected.
