Rubbish, you cannot exit from the app, talktalk say turn off the Internet, WHAT? Also you cannot turn follow me on or off from the app, the buttona do not work.

Unable to make work at all. App has been an age not available and when it does it's impossible to register. Support on talktalk forums is none existent! best to wait until they can make it work!!

Person on the other line can't hear my voice clearly. Very poor audio quality.

Caller divert not working neither on the app or through my account very unhappy. Also talktalk mobile don't have a app so possibly they get away with overcharging other than my usage online which is rubbish also

Crashes every time I press the call log button. Works only if the phone isn't locked. If it was locked out keeps ringing without any option of answering.

There are a load of features that need looking at, especially towards the android version, on my Samsung s6, it seems to be open all time, running my battery down, I have to force stop it to close it. Although when calling someone, quality can be excellent, once it goes poor, it goes silent and the other person can still hear you, something needs to be looked at to make it better!!

This works superbly on my phone and my wife's phone . I use it on a regular basis from Tenerife and 99% of the time the call quality is as good as my home phone . Also the follow me diversion to my smart phone works great . Well done TalkTalk

Completely rubbish, waste of time . Keep crashing. Trying to use it but no luck its not even opening. Extremely poor QA.

Can't get this app to work at all, I have tried for weeks but have got nowhere either talking with talktalk online or on the phone all I have been told is they don't have full support for this app. Very frustrating

Crashes on setup after entering details & PIN. It happens on both my Samsung & Moto phones. PLEASE SORT THIS APP OUT ONCE & FOR ALL. It has went from one disaster to another for the last few years.

I called and emailed customer service reporting a problem with the app, noone seems to care.

Utter rubbish. Can't register no support. Don't bother with thisapp. Only talk talk could mess up a simple app so badly. Customer service non existent. Clearly designed by a 12 year old dyslic student. Talk talk are in breach of contract no providing this as part of advertised contract bundle

Absolutely rubbish app!!!!!! I would give this less than one star if it was possible. I would advise you to not waste your memory to download this awful app which says the system is unable to process your request. This is ridiculous because a lot of users have the same problem. I am gonna leave talk talk soon and go to BT as I have been given a better offer. Talk talk is getting worse day by day and I would recommend you to leave them and find another provider.

Terrible. It's been far too long that the system is unable to process the request. It worked last year. Why can you not just fix it?? Unbelievable I'm leaving talktalk

Love that this exists.. It usually works, but can be a bit unreliable e.g. calls might go silent after a few minutes even with good wifi. The app crashes every time I press Call Log.

After this last update, still crashes and app closes when go into call log. Using Asus Zenfone 2, running Android 5.0

Will not register. Did work and was good. Get your act together talk talk... ***Trying again at least one year on with new phone*** still not working ⚠

What a load of junk. Worked on old phone but will not register on the new. Sends new PIN then fails to register when it is entered. I have been trying for a month without success.

Unable to register again.......... talk talk customer service is not able to help.

After downloading this app I had nothing but problems with it from the get go. I called the talk talk customer service and all I got was I would have to wait another two weeks which was not helpful at all. I have now uninstalled it don't need and I won't use it again. Don't need an unhelpful customer service and an app that is next to useless. Very bad service from Talktalk.

Totally useless. Took several attempts to register. Once registered it wouldn't make calls. Save your time and frustration. Don't bother with it.

Update: works well, only issue I have is the icon in the notification bar is blank. Not major but can't tell if it's online or not !

It won't work on my Moto 4G. It won't accept the pin. Tried many tes. It always says not connected to the server! Useless for now. I'll try again in a year or so.

In good WiFi areas this app usual works very well. It's like having a second land line at home. I've used this app to phone home from Zambia using my hotel's wifi. Reliability of service availability isn't 100% even in a good wifi areas which is a shame, but this remains a very useful service. Works fine on my Moto 4G.

The app does not work at all!! Activation pin nor login not working

Tried to use it and it crashed my phone!!! Removed before it does damage

When l first installed this app a few weeks ago it would not work. I just left it on my phone as a none working app. But yesterday the app came to life and started to work. I have done a few tests with it and it works great. Keep up the good work Talk Talk.

Poor sound quality, calls being charged by mobile operator even though should have been free via the app. Up to Talktalk's usual standard. Uninstalling rapidly.
