I created my account and loaded it with rs 100, but after that it didn't let me login into my account, tried resetting password but I got error message that no account exists with my email id. It's a total fraud, not even close to other similar available services, no customer care at all, would not recommend it to anyone, stay away from this fraud.

Don't trust this u will never get any cash back after successful transaction also ,if you are writing any mail to customer care in this case they are not maintaining proper details of adding money transactions and always they are for transaction id so no use truly NO.1 TIME WASTE

My order ID TC0160821161720194206. I was charged rs. 3531 on my card for an unsuccessful transaction. Forget cash back..I want my money back that you'll are using since past 11 days with interest.. I mailed these cheaters 4 times over period of 10 days only first one got replied that I shall get my money back. 11 days gone neither received money nor reply to my other mails. I request please do not try talk charge rather go with other more reputed and responsible app.

Received an offer in February 2016 as if we will add 5000 rupees in our wallet will get 5℅ cashback and twice per user only for debit card. In the same way when I uploaded my wallet with 10000(5000×2) then their website was not recognising me as a user even after so many attempts then I tried to make a new user ID on the same website then it actually allowed me to make a new one with the same email but new mobile number and my case has been filled in consumer forum as well.

They did not reply to my failed transaction.. fraud app steal people money suggest me to take legal action against them

I was add money rs 5000 on 29/2/16 17:10:22 txid TC0160229171097831681 .but in my wallet 0 balance i did not get the amount .

Many times wallet money was deducted and recharge failed txn missing next day
