Confirmed booking BT6ZCAO cancelled by Talixo two hours AFTER scheduled time without any explanation... Would've missed flight had no other taxis been available.

Very aggressive and unfair cancellation policy. They charge the full amount even if notified the office and driver prior to trip. The are fast in collecting the money but very bad in returning it

Can't say anything about the app, but talixo company itself is not clear. Had bad experience riding from Bremen airport. No English speaking driver (for international service this is rediculous) couldn't tell how should I pay so I paid cash. Then I found that talixo also charged my MasterCard for this ride. So I paid twice. Had communication with their support and they assured me that will return my money, but they didn't and now they even stopped answering. Worst service I ever had.

I tried 3 times to install this app on my samsung note 4, but it says cant be installed. i wonder why? I have a current/confirmed booking made from my laptop so i want the app on my phone. i submitted this review from my laptop.
