Smart Interview

Smart Interview has been designed to help the TalentSprint trainees in preparing for job interviews. It has been commonly observed that even the aspirants who are not very fluent in English are not able to give an answer despite knowing it. Even the trainees with good command over spoken English sometimes perform below expectation. This is mainly because of the pressure of the moment. But this is also because of lack of sufficient practice and feedback.

Smart Interview aims to remove these bottlenecks. It works on the following lines

• It provides Basic Guidance about questions asked in job interviews.
• It allows the user to video- record answers to the questions given by the app.
• It provides the performance feedback to the user.
• It allows user to share the interview video with friends and peers to get feedback.

To make the user aware about the important questions most commonly asked in the job interviews, the entire content has been divided into 5 Question Sets. Each Question Set consists of five related questions.

The user can choose any Question Set. For accessing a Question Set an access code is needed. The access code will be provided by TalentSprint.

Once a trainee gets access to a Question Set, he will first get a list of 5 questions, followed by videos that explain the significance of these questions and provide guidance on how to deal with these questions.

The user can choose to view the videos or skip them and proceed directly to record the interview.
It is advisable that before actually recording the interview, a trainee prepares the answers and rehearses them. After the Start button is pressed, the app will allow 60 seconds to help the user overcome sudden nervousness.

It is also advisable that before recording the interview, the user ensures that he/she faces sufficient light and there is no glare on the screen. The place should also be noise free.
Smart Interview will solve the problem of lack of practice. It will also make the trainee well aware of his /her facial expressions and body language that he may use during an interview. The user will also be able to get an idea about the extent of his speech clarity under pressure.

All this will definitely help the user to gradually build on the strengths and remove the shortcomings.
