Talabat: Food Delivery

Guys be careful, don't use credit or debit card. They will deduct and then they will cancel the order without informing you. It happened twice with me

Everything is perfect about this app as well as the customer service but having to send your location over WhatsApp is not ideal and should not be done

Order some food, after 1 hour and 20 min i text talabat chat box just to find out that my order has been cancelled and nobody care to inform me. In addition, the charge me the full amount and will refund me only after 6 working days. Worst service ever.

I placed an order and it was cancelled without informing me... when I called customer service they told me to place another order from another restaurant

This app does not allow restaurant's owners to reply to thier customers reviews. customers sometime abuse restaurants and it is pathetic that there is no reply allowed. Google map location allows reply for restaurant's reviews. It is unfair that restaurants are abused by mean spirited customers and Restaurants cannot reply knowing that restaurants are the real customers of Talabat because they pay 13%_20% for each order . Order gets delayed and customer service just tell u to wait and then they dont respond. Worst food ordering app

It took more than 2 hours to deliver the food!! It is UNACCEPTABLY استغرق اكتر من ساعتين لوصل الطعام و هذا غير مقبول ابدا!!!!!!!

I just downloaded the app, my first order ever was cancelled for no obvious reason, they called me after a while apologizing as they cannot contact the restaurant! I guess this is gonna be my last order as well.

I gave order and talabat team cancelled the order after 25 min !!!! by showing excuse that it is cancelled from restaurant. Then I called the restaurant and I gave same order by phone and restaurant confirmed the order... talabat is just wasting time. Don't try

Why,why,why,why,why... ...its an app that is supposed to be a push a button and get food right? Am I wrong?... then why when my address is on the screen that everyone getting my orders can see feels they need to call my to get my address? Not only ask for my address but pin it in Google maps, or whats app me or or or..... it makes me want to cook myself which is kinda killing what the app is about right. Rant over

I've downloaded the app because I was told it's awsome. But I've never been able to order anything. I live in alqouz 1 and I selected the area, I ordered from a resturant near by, everything was OK until I had to specify my location on the map, it told me that I'm outside alqouz 1 area, the area you specify on the map is smaller than alqouz 1 is clearly stated on the map where al qouz 1 is but you only specify a small area of it. It is seriously frustrating after making the order and choosing what I want I have to choose my exact location and it tells me I'm out side the area. Then why don't you save my time and let me choose my exact location first. Fix your damn map for god sake alqouz one is the whole area between SHZ road and Alkahil road.

Why is there no easy option to track deliveries/contact restaurants in cases of delivery delays? I can't wait for an hour beyond the scheduled delivery time, not knowing what is happening to the food I have already paid for. And allow people to see which delivery area they fall under in the map BEFORE they choose a restaurant. No one wants to repeat the entire order by changing their delivery area because of a 10 metre difference between zones.

Unfortunately, Talabat has very bad customer service. They have an excellent selection but if ever you have a complaint, it will not be addressed and dealt with appropriately. I will no longer be using it or endorsing a group who do not care for their customers.

It does what you expect. However I had an issue due to patchy network conditions in which I got charged but the order didn't go through. As well as one time the food supplier made a mistake with our order. Both times the talabat phone support was exceptional and fixed the issues in minutes, with out any major headache!

Contrary to what others say, its actually a very user friendly app. U don't have any idea why some people are having a hard time using it.

Despite entering delivery address, every vendor calls to request delivery address via WhatsApp. There is no point to giving address in the app.

Why the hell they don't post our comments ?? Its our right to rate the food we order ..most of the times they remove your comment even if there's nothing wrong with it ...

Love the app. Has a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. Well designed and easy to use. Have ordered many times through this app.

The special request box should allow more characters and also sometimes they keyboard just stop appearing unless u select something else and go back to write

the worst experience. they charge you and if the restaurant didn't reply them within 5 minutes they cancel your request and hold your money for two weeks????

Almost all my orders were delayed. If you track, they can tell you only, that the driver left or not. You can almost double the expected delivery time.
