宅建過去問分野別ドリル「2012年度版」

このアプリは2012年度の宅建過去問を解説付きで開発しました。

択一問題の時は、タップ後、解説画面に切り替わります。
複数選択問題のときは選択後、画面下の決定ボタンをタップ後解説画面に切り替わります。

平成２４年の宅建本試験を総括すると、
レベルとしては例年通りでした。
過去問分析をしっかりできている方は４０点近く取れたのではないでしょうか。

試験内容については、
民法についてですが、一つの問題について、色々な分野から出題する複合的な問題が多かったように思えます。
そのため、曖昧な知識では得点することができず、しっかり、ポイントを理解していなかった方は厳しかったかもしれません。
