After downloading it you have to do simple things
Where ever in Nagarpalka’s of Anand district if u see any unclean place around, You need to do following steps.
• Click a photo.
• Click on city first app and open it.
• Fill the form
• Send your complain.
• Your Complain will be register on central server.
• Your location will be taken automatically using GPS.
• Your complain will be resolved in very short time.
Registered complain will be monitored by the Anand district administration.

No steps are taken after filling the complaint.In our area no streetlights are available. I had done complaint related to streetlight twice. Not a single step is being taken to solve the problem. Though they are sending messages "Your problem is resolved".

Our government is really doing great job but child employee of government hierarchy not supporting government to achieve some good. I have installes and complain about water issue and water problem but local engineer from my city has closed my complains 2 times without intimate me. He just said me that its common issue. There is multiple issues we are facing. No sufficient water provided in our area even if in chance come then very dirty which is not even be useful for any use. Very 3rd class & useless app.

Can anyone give me higher authority contact details please? Whenever i complain anything in this app then someone always resolved in system without any actual resolutiom. I think its just fake app and app maker and all entire team just cheating with us and make us fool. Really tired from this worst service i have complain so many times in this app but they always close without any resolution. Even i re open complain every time but even after re open they close hows shameless service.

I had 2 times complaint for khambhat nagarpalika. But nobody come for clean society. And send sms , complaint solve. If u r not do any work , plz close apps permenant. Useless apps.

Very good application for anand nagarpalika related complaints. Before this service streetlights complaints got attended in 20 to30 days. If lodged by this application it get attended with in 2 days. Seems miracle happend
