A simple to use app that creates a route of where you take a dog on a walk, and at the end of the walk automatically sends an email of that journey to the dog's owner.
Record walks, email them to dog owner
• Record the route of every walk you take their dog on
• At the end of each walk the app automatically sends an email containing a map of the walk to the dog's owner and also to you.
Take photos and immediately send them to the dog owner
• Very simple photo features allow you to take photos of the dog/pet whicha re then auomatically sent to the owner and stored online on the pet's gallery
Lower admin
• Keep a record of every walk and have payments settled electronically

Using the app
• You'll need to sign up for a free Tailster account (https://tailster.com) and sign up to become a walker or sitter.
• Whenever you are taking a dog out for a walk, you'll see the name of the dog shown in the Bookings tab of the app.
• Press the 'Track walk' button, and you'll see your location shown on a map.
• Press 'Start' when you are about to begin your walk and the app will track your location and progress.
• When you finish your walk, press the 'Stop' button.
• The app immediately sends an email to the owner containing a route map of the walk, the distance you walked and when it started and stopped.
Disclaimer: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

App consistently shuts down halfway through a walk. The tracking is awful and doesn't show accurately where you have been which throws off your walking distances. It often freezes when I open it and is very slow when it does work.

Tracking the walk is awful, showing I'm zig zagging all over the place so it makes distance wrong as well. The only correct thing is the timing. Swapping from wifi to data confuses it and has thrown me out of app. Nice idea with sending pictures and the resulting email is ok. Has frozen a few times when opening conversations.

So good! All my customers love it too but sometimes it stops tracking the walk half way through so it looks like we've not done a full walk and also the app has NOT updated the time (moved clocks an hour forward) so it's now telling owners that I'm walking their dogs at the wrong time. Please fix it because I don't want to stop using the app/keep telling people that what it's saying I've done is wrong

Incredibly slow. Almost unusable. Takes so long to load nearby listings. Get so frustrated I just revert back to the website. Invest in your tech before releasing it for download!
