Useless app and none existant customer service.. Who scammed who making this, how much and who got paid, these people are shady..

They implied that it would set your APN ...only gives you the info you need but should find on there website anyway

It really does work just follow the instructions and get free 4G tag mobile Internet

It worked for me. Use another phone and take a picture of the instructions and stuff you have to enter. Enter the info accurately in the correct fields. Hit "Save." That, that's pretty much it.

Suck, cannot fix my long distance problem. Hang up, do not call back. Second worst customer service.

It works for me! Y'all doing it wrong. Copy the instructions and paste it in the apn settings as you begin the setup.

Wks for my data but not my mms.... Frustrating I did the byop so I'm using lg optimus l90 tmobile orig, app directions lil bit confusing. I just would like the apn code for mms for my lg please

Samsung note 4 from Verizon wireless will only work on T-Mobile network if I fallow T-Mobile APN settings for NON-T-Mobile device.if anyone who is having problems Google search "T-Mobile APN settings for NON-T-Mobile device". it works perfect. Texting & MMS and LTE internet all works.

Doesn't actually DO anything. Basically gives a set of instructions, which are very UNclear. One page of settings, which it tells you to write down, then on the second page, it tells you to create 2 APN's. But it doesn't give 2 sets of information. Only one. So am I supposed to make 2 APN'S with the same settings??? Poorly written, and it doesn't actually work. But then, how do I know if I've done it right?? Needs work.

It is pretty useless since it only gives instructions that should be on their website, but it has the info u need. Once I created two identical entries, and selected the first, it worked. It would be nice if the info were more easy to find. But what can u expect from a company that has their Indian call center lie to u, and tell u they r in Dallas Texas. just sayin'

I have unlimited talk text and data but couldn't receive picture message installed this and perfect fix

I recently received a Tag Smart phone in the mail. Downloaded the app and put the settings in, but no luck :(((

Before this app i only had TALK AND TEXT with TagMobile. Now with this app i can change my APN settings to aquire 4G LTE DATA & MMS without purchase. Love IT !
