It seems to offer reminders towards only 1 goal, gave it 3*s cuz I thought it would track at least 3 goals, plus the first thing I saw when I opened this app was a full page ad. It appears to be able to maintain history of the goal process and several notification options. Uninstalled.

While this helps me achieve short term goal I can't set my long term goal...I wish this app had the ability to update long term goal
