This app allows you to use volume keys for scrolling content on your screen automatically (lists, documents , web pages ...) .
This new feature will be added as a system-wide functionality so it can be used with all other apps, and can easily be activated or deactivated.
In order to adjust the volume while the scroll feature is enabled, all you have to do is pull down the notification panel and press the volume keys as normal.

I read a lot of light novels, this really helps in scrolling whole reading on the go. Thank you for making this app for users who are not using rooted devices .

Sounds awesome. But why does it need permission to read my keyboard? You don't need access to my keyboard (credit card info) for this app. Seems super sketchy.

Actually this app has potential to be a 5★ app, but right now at this moment I will give it 3★'s(it's okay) because on my Nexus 6p it keeps activating "Global Activation" on it's on. I am going to keep the app to see if problem gets solved on the next update, because like I said it has the potential to be a 5★app, & if problem gets fixed I will change my rating.
