The app does not even allow you to log in anymore after the update. Waste of money. When in use it barely tracks the air around the vehicle for accuracy.

Doesn't work most of the time. If it does work, there's not much to it Edit to add, now it works NONE of the time. Completely worthless

I've had the app for about 30 minutes. I am ecstatic that I didn't buy the lifetime subscription. The features remind me of a third grade storybook. Cute but useless... The only feature of the app I might use is the vehicle locator, assuming that it works.

No longer works after update. Luckily can still use website. But losing application is a huge disappointment.

POS .. won't let you log in ... why would I want to spend money on something that never works

I have to uninstall ... reinstall the app. Still does NOT WORK. This is a horrible app. POS.

Would be a lot better app if it didn't constantly log you out.

Doesn't play well with Android. VIP system will not stay "on" Keeps logging me out. What good is it?

Most of the time mainly in the morning the app won't allow me to log in after it times out. Whenever it does, the interface is very buggy, not very well designed. Also the impact protection settings are very hard to use and the app is the only way to change them! Even customer service can't change them! I got a call at 1am because it was set too high and I can't change it...

Location services is the only thing that works on this app. I set my alerts on the highest sensitivity and never recieve any phone calls about my truck being tampered with. Rid is after i get in it and drive it without turning off the alert. Lots of money wasted on mopar EVTS

While the customer service reps are wonderful, the app is as useless as teets on a boar and the system itself might be only slightly more useful than that. My window was smashed in & it was my friends 8 yr old retired therapy dog that alerted me. Not the evts. YUP! An old arthritic docile therapy dog proved to be a more effective alert/deterrent than this fancy schmancy system. When I spoke to the cs rep I was told I needed to go to the (nonexistant) VIP settings on the app & increase sensitivity.

This app and the website doesn't work. Please fix this. Or stop making promises and offering things that doesn't work. We already paid, We deserve it.

Wont stay logged in. Won't "remember me"

So I purchased this for life and was told about a VIP feature. Where is it???

Absolutely useless to T-Mobile customers. It works on WI-FI but how useful is that if you are out. I spoke to customer service and they told me the app won't work with T-Mobile so I should use the website. That doesn't work either: only with WI-FI. This is incompetent and unacceptable. Update: as of the 4/18/16 update it works fine with T-Mobile.

For an app that is supposed to help you be aware of your car's location and alert you of any theft, this really doesn't work. And the options the app does have for alerts really don't tell you if it's currently on or not.

My car was 15 miles away and the app told me it was in my driveway. What good is a security app that you can't trust? What's even cooler is the app is telling me that my car is speeding down Rt95 south.....even though I'm now looking at the car in the driveway. ....Hooray for competence!

Can't ever login always get a message saying login timed out try again

For as much as I paid for it wish we could at least unlock the car door from the mobile device

The app is useful, but for some reason now that I switch cell phone carrier's I can't use the app unless I'm on WiFi

The app asks for username and password and then hangs on "LOADING". Please fix. Your service is not cheap

App is the best

Just like the other Mopar crap err apps they don't work. Take your junk and I do mean junk apps off Google play. Stop wasting our time.

Worked for about aweek now its 500 $$ worth of bullshit

Have been using for about a year now. Most recent update prevented login and just showed an error when trying to launch app. A pop came up that gave me the option to report the error. On a whim I figured why not. After a few days I went ahead and tried the app again. Logged in with no issues. Very pleased. Thank you for getting it back up and running.

Had the app for over a year. Working great, but after update it only opens, not able to change any settings.

I've uninstalled the app, re-installed and the screen just says "Loading". It never opens.... Can we fix this.. I paid the maximum for my car to have GPS enabled tracking, I am not sure its even working

Works well most of the time sometimes have to log off and log back on for it to work.

Never seem to work, won't accept login password

The only reason i got the silver package was for the locator and on call services. $500 and the app wont even locate my vehicle even if im standing right next to it. God forbid one day my truck gets stolen and the command centers locator doesnt work either. App needs fixing because from what i read..im not the only one with this issue

Had trouble with the login (Galaxy Note 4), but a phone call to EVTS corrected the problem. Now it's working great. I originally gave the app 2 stars, but I have upped it to 5 stars. They even corrected the alarm notification issue.

This app is supposed to be a highlight of the Mozart EVTS system but crashes, won't login and is inconsistent!!!!!!
