Please dont use this app.Without doing anything they are getting 12%commision from ur product value.Payments are very slow. Very worst customer support. Whenever we contact the customer support we will get only the automated reply. They are getting money and product from the sellers and buyers.

Pls don't use this app. When your stuff get sold, they will not pay you money. 1-2 times money come then they provide you some stupid reason amd stop giving you money. Guys believe me i have my huge amount of money stuck with them, melltoo is fraud, i sold my itmes there but when i want my money they send me email and telling that what item i sold, i sold in my area so according to their policies its scam to sell items in same area, guys if you can think how we know where the buyer come from it is stuff selling app not a tracker. Guys they will provide you silly reason and not give you your money. Pls dont use this app and also tell your family n friends not to use this app. Melltoo is fraud. #melltoo

I have been using Melltoo from the beginning of the installation of this app and I found it very interesting and safe. I have sold more than 15 items and bought more than 20 stuff. It helped me to get rid of all unwanted items at my place and was a great platform for me to buy great stuff in return as gifts. I have even withdrawn money from my account with ease. I have had ups and downs With the App but customer service is awesome and always resolves my issues. Well done Melltoo. Keep up the good work.

Account got blocked and they dont help me instad keep saying u have done something against terms and condition... they blocked my thousands of cash, working with melltoo brought me in debt! Its been almost a year and my money couldnt be claimed!

Its been a while i am using Meltoo, probably from the time they launched. I am happy with the service what meltoo is offering. U can be very sure about ur money and some sellers who try to sell their stuff and u buy the stuff with meltoo guarantee. u can return the stuff it does not fit to what it was told before. I have sold many things by this time, those which were of no use to me, is been used by some one else. Keep the good work. some negative reviews that you find is sellers being smart and trying to make money by selling stuffs to get the freee credit. and they loose their money. even my friends had the same, so play safe, and play legal and then meltoo is good for you.

Guys don't sell anything these people are the big thief when you sell something they suspended your account without any reason they are not humans I lost my all money and product . soon they will be run away from UAE because there is a lot of complaint about this company. So everyone just be careful.

Alhamdulliah it is genuine and it helps people to sell any products. Dunno about others, but Alhamduliliah I am buying and selling product and receiving my fund on time. Thank you Mellto team. Need improvements in app to make more user-friendly. Insha'Allah over period of time will sure improve. Some suggestions useful for both seller and buyer, need to reduce delivery charge for small items like 12 aed to 15 aed, like other online selling app have. It will make seller to earn more and buyer to get product in less price. If they are happy definitely they will post more on Mellto and Mellto will also grow Insha'Allah. Great app.. great and safe way to sale and buy stuff, just the commission is quite high but that can be cover if u use free credit.

One of the bad services provided from customer service specially Mustafa they are cancelling order the way they want ... cheap talking ever with those guys.. very bad experience ..

totally fraud I applied withdraw my money on 7 feb till now 10 March i m not getting my money

Keep crashing on Android , alot of polishing needed in interface, that's about the app , watch out from selling and referring , they get blocked and money withdrawal on hold for no reason ! They don't answer emails or conversation about why the block .. please anyone experiencing difficulty or suspicion of criminal activity in regards this , email me on a q w e i d e r at g m a i l dot c o m , so I can get this blocked by TRA here in UAE and app store

I used to have almost 300aed and after a while when i logged in i have lost all my money and i have no idea what has happened. I will keep this one star until you do something.

Worst Staff to talk to . They took 1 month to return an item I sold. They promised to refund me the money if I didn't get a specific day , and even after that they didn't refund me. Also they have a rude attitude towards me . Very abrubt too

This app doesn't show that you can pay only 50% so the purpose is just to get more people sighing up and then when you want to but any thing you discover that you can not and you should pay real money And also all the items are over priced for example an item worth 10 aed here it is 90 ???!!!

This is only cheater when you spend here 1000 or 2000 he suspend your account this is only frad company
