출품주제
장르와 형식에는 아무런 제한이 없습니다.
여러분이 생각하는 모든 것을 다양한 방법으로 표현하시면 됩니다.
출품자격
영화를 사랑하는 사람이면 누구나 참가 가능합니다.
우리나라 국민은 물론 외국인 역시 출품할 수 있는 국제 영화제입니다.
출품규격
국내외 29초 영화를 출품할 수 있습니다. (단, 음란, 욕설, 비방, 정치, 광고 등의 목적은 배제합니다.)
출품작 내에 제목, 크레딧이 제외된 영상의 길이는 29초이며, 시간의 미달 또는 초과는 감점 요인입니다.

Purpose
Short, but a long time, long, but a short time. Imaging within 29 seconds of impact in the film world to empathize mandeunneun purposes.
Smart & fit in the digital era, with a new visual grammar, presenting a new movie talent unearthed.
Entry Representative
Genres and formats, there are no restrictions.
Everything you can think of can be expressed in a variety of ways.
Qualification for Entry
Anyone who loves movies can participate.
Koreans foreigners also can be submitted in the International Film Festival.
Technical Requirements
May submit a movie at home and abroad 29 seconds. (, Obscene, abusive, slanderous, politics, advertising, etc. The purpose of the exclusion.)
Entries in the title, the length of the video credits except 29 seconds, and the time of the under-or exceed the penalty points.
