Not working with galaxy s7, music drops at erratic reproduction, app doesn't recognize the B5 system as paired so don't start control it.. Quality sound connected with ipod is poor, from a big renamed company I was expecting much more. Hope you NOLAN guys take control about this soon.

You do not need this app. The ncom hardware works fine without it, maybe better actually. You do however need the ncom wizard software on your pc, something nolan does not make clear in their unbelievably incomplete manual.

Have had music shudder problems since new - updated firmware - downloaded app to galaxy s8 - app wont connect to phone. I absolutely hate this piece of expensive equipment - Let me know what I am meant to do now!

Very poor, radio will not start. Music over Bluetooth is jerky and drops out with B5. Contacted Nolan in March 2015 and told someone would contact me, still waiting!

Must register to use but regeneration site just cycles fill out all... with all fill out.. WTFO .. don't offer what does not work.. hope the headsets work are better than your software. .

Very poor, cant adjust the mic volume on my B5, Greys out the options, so the other unit I link to cant hear me. Support is terrible.

The music capability is terrible ad the music stutters awfully. Do not buy the hardware.

Nolan seems they dont care too much about the negative opinions here...so maybe we are all loosing our time and money...

I us this app all the time but since purchased a Samsung s8+ it won't connect to my helmet. Please fix this with a patch

It happend to lose control over my phone (galaxy note4) one or two times on a trip, but overall works great.

No hassles.. boom!! Once it connects to my handset.. it flies smoothly

Doesn't work

Everything software related is junk when you get Nolan. Both the android app and the pc wizard look and work antique. Took me 10 minutes to figure out how to get the music playing. Firmware update: 30 minutes and counting, feels like I'm using Windows 95.

It forces you to register the product prior to being able to open the app. WTF is this? Something from Microsoft? Dont waste my time. I uninstalled it after about 5 minutes. PFFFFFT!

Registered the product. When I open the app, all I get is "warning, no Ncom device detected nearby..." The phone and unit are connected. How about some help?

The only reason I went with the B5 is because the box said it could be set up through my phone. I installed the app as so many others have done. The phone and app pair up ok but for some reason when I try to set up the radio it disconnects. Set up is fine when done on the pc and simple enough.

Not a good start! Please give me resolution!

Connection to phone and computer is problematic. Using on the road bike to bike is very good!!!

It pairs instantly with phone ,Music is intermittent during wifi coverage and cellular coverage using iheart,Pandora Samsung milk etc. Phone calls, making and receiving are fine. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, paired and unpaired countless times.latest firmware installed through the app. Galaxy S6 Bluetooth works fine with other products, LOVE NOLAN helmets (evo 104, and two others )and Bluetooth set when it's working . ??? Nolan please advise. Thank you

Am on second B5 unit for helmet (warranty replacement because first one broke almost immediately.) Quite often app won't recognize B5 even though phone (G5) is connected and system otherwise works. App often won't control B5 functions when it is recognizing the unit. B5 mysteriously changes from stereo to mono, or disconnects. Often clips or garbles voice or music. I bought this helmet N104 Evo and B5 to get voice directions and listen to music. When it all works it's great. But often doesn't.

Won't allow me to use app with my new b-5 at all, filled out registration woofoo form 4x. Keeps telling me my email address is not registered.

App does not connect with my B5 device. Keep getting message "No n-com device detected nearby". Contacted n-com support without success. Very disappointed with the app and with n-com...

downloaded app would not open untill you set a email address went to site to do would not let me was asking me to fill in all fields which had done so not impressed and intercom unit will not play songs until fireware updated but windows 10 will not work with sofeware.

Was working before Christmas, now it's stopped. Not happy.

It's a good system but, I have issues with the connections between the app and the unit. 90% of the time I have to hit retry on the app just to get it to connect. One evening it was a full 5 minutes of trying before it connected. My other issue is that it should be easier to get to voice calls. I don't mean the presets in the app either. Good but can be better. Better thought out.

New B5 with updated firmware. The Ncom app refuses to see the B5 on my Note3. Have unpaired and paired multiple times. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times, and it still does not see it. The B5 is actually a pretty good unit. Manually pairing it with other headsets, or using the N-com wizard under Win8 works fine. It plays audio, (Pandora, Google maps navigator), and handles phone duty just fine without the N-com app. The N-com app itself just does not cut it. I would likely have only used it to assist pairing up to other riders, and to control the radio. However, without it, I am still going to return the B5 and N104evo. Will likely go with a Sena or Scala rider unit on a Shoei Neotec after I return the B5 and N104evo. I really wanted an integrated unit, but if they can't get it right, I will go with one that works properly instead. (Edit due to mfg. response) I did not install the incorrect firmware or check the use with Tom Tom box. I would try to contact you for a resolution but have returned the unit for a competitors helmet and a communication unit. I do appreciate you taking the time to respond to myself and the others that have had issues with N-Com.

Despite the phone and the helmet says connected, The app does not find the helmet and does not connect. Firmware update does not work either. Those greenhorns do not even know how to make a driver signature. After starting W8.1 with driver toleration, the latest firmware update file is not recognized by the management software. this app including the management software is a complete failure. At least the communication between the helmets works.

This was a challaging install on the B4+ due to having to intall the drivers and update the firmware, however after some excellent customer service I was able to get all functions working including the n-com app. Nolan continued to work through the issues and diagosed the problems I was having. Thanks

Pairing it with N-Com B5 was easy and straightforward. This app is way easier tool to set things up - instead of remembering all short and long keypresses on the helmet you can just use this app. One thing is missing, or I can't find it - setting up speed dial for friend number using this app. Can easily be found on PC though.

Usually works well. Using Samsung s5. Some times it doesn't pair so I shut everything down and do again. Having some issues will the phone calling but the music play is fine which is what I use most.

Working with Nolan to find solution

No connection (No device found) with my B1.4 V.1.07 and Galaxy Note 3. Seems like no compatibility :(
