About SMSLocator
SMSLocator is a light-weight app that allows you to locate your phone without the need of a data connection. Using commands over text message, SMSLocator can send you your phone's location along with a Google Maps link. Other commands include remotely locking the phone, changing the phone's password, and un-muting it.
To ensure your privacy and security, SMSLocator uses a private keyword and PIN. You can also enable number restriction, preventing unwanted numbers from interacting with the app.
By default, you can only receive the phone coordinates. All extra functionality can be unlocked through in-app purchase.
**In Android 4.4+ the received SMS messages CANNOT BE HIDDEN from the user. This is due to how 4.4 alerts apps of new messages**
SMSLocator is still in beta, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated to help improve it.
