SM Recorder is a simple recorder with a quite nice design.
- there are no recording limits
- you can manage your existing records inside the app by built-in file manager
- you can play your records by built-in media player
- you can share your records
- you can set auto or manual recording for your phone calls
- you can select a directory for your records
- wav or mp4 file format
- you can set sampling rate and bitrate

Permission for "REDIRECTING CALLS" is necesary to listen when you are making an outgoing call and record it. It is also the only way to receive a phone number and put it as a file name. If there would be some "bad code" in my app, Google would already shut down this recorder.

maybe due to advantage of dual sterio spekr it mamages to record calls too wd and wdout speakers enabled. records notes too.. but pls work smarter to amplify in call voice else d voice incommibg it too small n owners voice is too loud doesnt run in backgroud which is fabb.... best and tested on moto g 2 .. 5 stars on implementation of required improvements also xpected a option to enable start recording as soon as app is launched (helpful on emeegency)

Samsung Galaxy Light. I tried like 20 different simular apps. You can record calls always or when you want or just certan contacts or unkown #'s. Has also card storage and sound good both sides of the call and its cool i can record my voice mail messages on the same screen you call from on speaker or not then i press play to voice mail and press record, seems like smart app. Save precious conversations with family and friends.

Works well both as dictaphone and call recorder on Lenovo P770 (Android 4.2.2). The in-call floating button for starting a record is great.

After update does not record calls at all on stock galaxy s3. Neither manually nor automatically. Still it is not possible to select recording directory on external SD card. Only internal storage. Really wanted to use this app but I have to give up. In call recorder does the job.

Just installed it and tried it. Am inlove with is voice quality and clarity. Great simple app. Love its simple nature.☺
