From what I notice from all y'all reviews, how it says it's disconnected, or won't let u received messages or phone calls once your watch is link to your phone by Bluetooth and u seen your contacts in your smart watch. Turn off Bluetooth from your phone and disconnected watch. Then reconnected Bluetooth to watch and it will receive messages and phone calls on Smart watch.

App no t working after update!!

Not very intuitive on figuring things out. Just have to mess around. BMI calculator is way off. I'm 5'10", 151, which is a BMI around 21.7, app states 28+, which states overweight. Maybe I'm missing something on the scanner? Oh well, decent enough for tracking steps, sleep quality, vitals, etc. thus far.

Have a Kassica smart watch and a moto z force phone. Stayed connected with Bluetooth on both devices for a minute. On watch end keeps saying it's disconnected. Look into bt menu and shows still connected. Love I can see and respond messages on watch and receive calls. But cannot call out on it. Love the music player. Got watch so I will not miss messages or calls while at work. App keeps saying not responding. A little fixing would be nice.

On the watch seems that is connected, I'm receiving notifications but in the app doesn't appear anything. (e-boda Time 330) The app needs a compatibility update to select your watch model.

I just got my smartwatch, and got it all set up the only thing is i cant figure out how to switch it to miles instead of kilometers.

Insists that my watch is disconnected when it is clearly not, denying me access to higher functions like anti-lost, and when I went to complain to support, it wouldn't even send the message

Good functionality. Like any device you gotta get use to it... But id love to see some improvements. Like do i put a sim in the watch from my phone or is that for a separate sim.

Not sure what this is supposed 2 do. Got it from someone who got it from Groupon. Seems 2 b poc. Messaging will connect w/s8+ but there is no way (faIct) to choose contact. $30 DTD. Oh well, not the 1st time, won't b the last.

1. My smartwatch has 5 alarms but app only allows 1 alarm to be configured. 2. Smartwatch always reports lost of bluetooth connectivity with my Samsung Note2. 3. If multiple WhatsApp messages are sent, I cannot read the individual contents of each message (only that there are 7 messages etc). If only 1 message is sent, I can view the contents of that message. It's possible that the Smartwatch firmware is the problem. 4. The feedback section of the app is malfunctioning as feedbacks can't be lodged.

I get my messages just fine, the phone function worked great. What I can't seem to do is figure out how the Sport/Sleep thing works... other than it telling me I'm Super Fat. Seriously dudes, if I want insults thrown at me I'll call my mother!

Does anyone know how to connect from DZ09 to FunRun completely? I think it connected to FunRun, but after running, the info didn't go to the phone. Please let me know how to show the info from DZ09.

Wits connected but when i get it to read watch to see how many steps it says it nots then when it is doesn't show any steps at all and ive been walking all day.

Its hard to figure out or it does not control the phone properly, it does not download contacts
