Everytime I try to Upgrade from 1.0.6 to 1.0.9 it succefully updates it but it still shows me to update afyer updating. So im confused. What software is my phone now and did I update it correctly or not?!

Where to begin.... Steps don't sync, always adjust my choice of measurements from metric to imperial. The app wants access to way to many other apps considering it does not have the ability to do anything with those apps. The sleep tracker just tracks. There is no feedback as to when one should sleep or rise given their sleep cycle. I also set the alarm and it didn't go off.

This application is s*it, often disconnect so i need to turn off btt and turn on and then try to reconnect, even then if i have luck steps will count. I get steps count 2 times in a 3 months. Application sucks... Developer team respond...

The bracelet is just okay but the app/website is much worse!! I wish I hadn't purchased this bracelet before looking at the app ratings. The instructions don't make sense... It was obviously poorly translated from Chinese. The app itself is counter-intuitive and is difficult to understand. You have to "play with" the settings to figure out where everything is and to track your data. And to make matters worse, I can't even see the data on the bottom of my screen because a menu that does not retract is blocking the info! The website is in Chinese so unless you speak fluent Chinese forget trying to figure out how the hell to use this thing. Even when I used Google's translate service I had no idea what to make of the website. This app ALMOST got 3 stars from me until I went for a run and was distracted by trying to get the bracelet to accurately read my heart rate. This bracelet is a cute gift for a 9 or 10 year old who wants to look cool with a smartwatch but really is only interested in the pedometer feature.

This app is too incomplete! It should include an option regarding the setting of the time you go to bed and the time you wake up.

Having problms with bluetooth connection it is not connecting to my samsung ph and heart rate is not always showing...not upto d mark????

Firmware still does not update and steps work some days but not others?

1.) I have QS80 and it just wont connect to my phone. 2.) Why do you want to monitor our accounts ? Make local phone accounts without the need to connect to your site. For some, data might be expensive.

Rubbish app and rubbish product which fails to work together and do its one purpose connect the device.

Sleep monitor and other diagrams could be a bit detailed especially sleep monitor. It could show a day in hours. So that could see in which time I sleep well or not. Also alarm vibrating is so short. It s absolutely not enough to wake up a person. I don't know it is related to my watch but if they make an arrangement I'll be happy. But generally works well just need more detail. Thanks...

When it works it's great. . The only issue I have is the following: Heart rate syncs brilliantly. Sleep tracking works brilliantly. Now for my issue. Steps will sync and update all day but come midnight when it goes back to zero it will then stop syncing . It's only the steps that does this and the only way to get steps syncing again is to unbind watch and start again. . This is so frustrating so please fix this issue and I will then 5 star it . .

A very basic app which I like just a few things need to be fixed: Developers do not respond to questions or concerns. Sleep function happily recorded sleep with watch off. Cannot change weather to Celcius, was able to before. Breaks Bluetooth connection with watch. Have been getting water reminders even though have that function disabled. Even having an account with this app to back up data, data is not saved. Changed phone and none of the old data came across! Watch is CF006 not even a year old.

Absolutely useless... Why have an account if it doesn't keep the history once logged out and login again. Doesn't connect once Bluetooth has been activated...

I won't login. Why does Maoist China want people to login and know when people sleep and health info? To use Bluetooth? Bluetooth is internal. So it's hard to know how brilliant it is, given a Red stain.

My steps reset late afternoon, I would prefer them to reset in the middle of the night, so I can start fresh each day. I am unsure of whether or not I can change this, if so I do not know how to.

Very simple, just steps, sleep and heart beat monitoring, but not constantly. Several days are empty. Not possible to record any precise exercise, just dayly average records. Firmware cannot update.

Very useful app if it will reconnect. It refuses to connect after I had turned my phone off during a flight. It sees the band but just won't connect.

It won't reconnect to my phone. My phone sees it but, the watch won't connect. Tried unpairing. No change. I wouldn't recommend this product. Update: I've realized that the app disconnects and reconnects when it wants to and synchronizes. But I sometimes manually reconnect it in the app. Hope this helps someone.

Every I try to allow permissions it keeps saying screen overlay detected do I switch all of them off and still has the propblem. I restarted and uninstalled the program and reinstalled it and still same message pops ups please fix this issue

It's good and loved it, until the app stopped taking record of my daily steps and wouldn't update in to the app. Now my days show nothing even though my watch says different. It records my Heart Rate and Sleep just fine. Not a huge deal on the steps, but it's the whole point of the watch.

The heart rate monitor is so incredibly inaccurate it's ridiculous! Didn't track my sleep properly and keeps unpairing. Not to mention the watch itself was advertised as being able to connect with the Google Fit App. Was completely duped by the manufacturer of the watch and the app is pure garbage!!!

My phone was off and now my watch won't connect again. Keeps on saying unable to communicate. How do one fix this problem?

The app is simply not recording my sleep hours. Also date format cannot be changed. Heart rate is sometimes recorded. Other times it is just blank. Also connecting takes a pretty long time and it is quite frustating.

Please add caller id showing features , which allows to show caller id on bracelet .and if possible music control feature might be present in this app. People need extra function then only they are going to love your app.hope next update i will get this functions in this app.

its was ok the heart rate & run but sleep monitoring is not that much clever,the sleep has to more detail & accurate. apps is very basic require more upgrade. over all apps I will say ok but bracelet is excellent.please upgrade the apps.

Notifications and settings work. No heart rate, no steps and no sleep.

Cannot get the watch out of military time even though my phone is not in military time. Also cannot get the temperature to display in Fahrenheit instead of Celsius.

cannot upgrade the bracelet firmware to 1.09. Lost the connection to the phone and fails to restore it...

There is no option to delete the previous data or is there any way to reset it . I bought is today online and it has some step counter , distance, calorie already recorded, Please let me know is there any way to delete the previous data or reset the data Once my query is resolved I will rate it to 5 star

Lost my account now Can't use my watch I got my mobile hacked and had to unstall app now put back no more watch so sad

This finding bracelet sucks .it doesn't let u connect I connect my Bluetooth n the bracelet doesn't connect I try deleting the app n re do it again and nothing still the same problem .please fix it .I'm done trying

Steps never work, they need someone who knows how to build an app to rework this app
