Recently gave it another shot and updated the app. Seems better so far. Graphs and interface is still ugly and unintuitive.

Have to keep exiting the app and uninstalling it, sometimes it doesn't synch ( android) Very frustrating and dissapointing . I guess you get what you pay for...

Everyone can not be wrong. Connection and sync is a huge challenge.

App sucks

Should improve connect and sync with device. Need button or function to active Bluetooth if user want to sync with app. Beside that, you can make app save setting if bracelet offline. When bracelet online it will sync setting user had been setup.

No combination hr & step count in one graphic.

Update: Working with Nexus 5. Bluetooth connections work well for day to day usage but fails for firmware update. Band battery life seems awesome. Notifications display OK, twisting wrist lights up display to show time. They're still developing the app and firmware so expecting more improvements. Now shows date on band. Cannot update firmware now due to Bluetooth issues hence 2 stars. Been like this for 1.5 yr at least.

Was working for one week seemed brilliant now for some reason not working. My bracelet not showing when trying to sync and keeps trying to connect to a different device/bracelet green light now doesn't show on bracelet so not pairing. also shows DFU Mode give up

Kept crashing on exit. Poor heart rate monitoring. No explanation for smart mode / sport mode.

Using smart band A6 and unfortunately the bracelet is dependent on this pathetic app that has no feature at all.. No record of your activity.. Hard to connect the device most of the times.. If connects.. The connection is too weak and slow..

Most horrible exp ever! Horrible product...annoying app

It reconnects to bracelet like 3 times and after next disconnection it can not reconnect again. If I kill the app and restart it then it connects fine for 3 times again.

regularly encounter disconnect issues

The band is not detected by android phone. I have tried multiple phones but it only connects for once at the start but subsequently the phone Bluetooth do not find the band despite searching. Please update and fix it.

I have the brand new A6. Lots of translation errors, lack of explanation of graphs. Just not very good at all.

I think the bracelet is okay. At least it tracks steps; not accurately, but it does track them. Alarm functionality is inconsistent so don't rely on that for anything important. Sleep data is a joke as it generally tracks nothing. Bracelet typically won't sync with app. It would be great if this stuff actually worked as advertised but as it is now it's pretty much useless.

Disconnects and can't reconnect. App even can't find a bracelet. Sleep Info that app shows is totally different from origin. Can't track sleep time properly. Terrible design. Drains phone battery in a half of a day

My friend using vidonn a6 with iphone. It works well with the beautiful and smart themes I think your app is not good when using android. For me, after i climbing and treking the mountain, i can not see the heart rates data.. I tried to turn off the bluetooth and app, reconect again....but it did not work. Finally, i restart my cellphone and connect again, it is ok Moreover, it caculate my step, my sleep wrong..Counting step too much than real, and it is too difficult to check my sleep Please update and fix

Huge connection issues all the time. Garbage app or band or both....

Cannot get tracker to sync with phone. Skips the section to choose device. My lost, their gain.

This app is like a clone from smartband app. Function and features look the same, but worse functionality. I prever smartband app rather than this one. If you are using vidon smartband a6 from kickstarter, i suggest you to use smartband app and not this one. I have no idea how come this app lack of improvement, regarding there are so many a6 smartband orders from kickstarter. The developer should make better version than this.

Looses connection all the time. While walking step counting is okay. But for every other activity it's way off. It even counts hundreds of steps when I'm sitting at my desk for several hours. The interface looks like it's a prototype at best. Needs lot's of work to even come close to any of the more well know apps. I hoped the team would make it better over time, but apart from some bug fixes that does not appear to happen. Get your act together guys!

Just for update and setting only, useless app ever

The step count is way off. I've done 35 steps sitting down apparently. Every font displays the day in Chinese or whatever the language is. The last font cannot be used currently and it does not notify me of any notifications. These are the initial faults with the band. Also what does the upside down raindrop with a circle in the middle mean? Has 25 next to it but no idea what it is. Regards Aaran Lawley

Appears to be a cheap Chinese product. Sleep monitor doesn't work, step monitor is off by hundreds of steps, sometimes thousands, quite possibly the worst step/heart monitor as I'm a nurse and they can't even get that right. Don't waste your time return this product immediately!!!
