The app interface is fine but the camera should be using ffmpeg for streaming!!

I like the camera itself but the App doesn't stay connected. Everytime I close the App, I have to completely re-bind the camera. It;s a shame because the camera image is great. If anyone has another DIFFERENT app that will work with this cam, I'd like to know about it.

The camera is great but why do I have to reconnect each time I close the app and why can't I save my password? Total waste

Total Rubbish. Camera is good but this app just licks. crashes and you keep having to re bind all the time.

Garbage. Complete waste of time. Took forever to set up. Can't set up more than one camera (although it says you can on their website). Once you do get a camera set up, the next time you log in, it forgets that your camera. The only help from tech support seems to be "do you have a 2.4ghz wifi?" YES I have a 2.4ghz wifi! Do you have a product that actually works? No you don't. Do not waste your time with this worthless piece of junk.

Got camera today. Linked to app, worked first time, and now can't connect to app at all. Bloody pathetic. Fix the app for God's sake.

The mic doesn't work .. Everytime I click on it it says the app stop working ... Wtf

Will not pair my phone and camera

This is an absolute radish product. No easy to connect, keep disconnecting and you have to start again. You lose the camera from you app every time. It may be appearing in someone else's app as you get people's pictures in your app. And, your family pictures appear In other people's app. It dreadful. See reviews in amazon.

Could you please tell me why the files on the sd card won't play? I've tried numerous video apps to no avail. It always says file not recognised. Also it keeps recording in intervals of 10mins when I am out of the house so could you tell me why it is doing this. Another thing is if someone stole the camera then it would render it useless so I think the files should also be stored to your phone as well so that would solve that problem. Just a few issues which you could sort out easy then it would be superb.

This took some time to be able to set up with the camera as it wouldnt accept the wifi. but now its working great, I can view remotely, it lets me know when my camera is activated. The play back is in reasonable quality.

I was pissed at first because I thought it wasn't going to work. I was just about to send it back...but I figured out what was wrong. The area where you are pairing the device must be completely silent when sending that signal to camera. No TV, no music, no talking, silence. Then make sure ur volume is completely up on ur phone when u send the signal...viola...Works. Once u pair 1 device no need to do it to all devices, just share the camera with whomever you want on ur account. YAY!!!

Got this today, can't even create am account on the app. Tried 2 different android phones and get "create email code failed" used our iPad and got a "Register Success" followed immediately by "User does not Exist". Garbage in my opinion and after reading the reviews I will be sending this back immediately!

App will not connect to camera. Server down looks like a great update you idiots! Why don't you test before going live with updates. Now have an expensive ornament instead of a camera!!!!!

This is so bad at setup I'm beginning to think it's a Trojan or malware. Recommend you avoid this company.

It says DeviceS but every time I connect one remove the other. Only on cam is possible so far and not easy to pair

It's refusing to pair on any of our devices. We've gone through all the troubleshooting steps for 2 days now. Garbage product. Will be returning.

This app should be able to flip the viewing image or screen for upside down position installation. Also should allow new recording to over write old recordings as in loops like car dashboard cameras. It would be nice to have choice of ring tones for notifications. If you can fix all that it's a 5 star app.

Wish there was a way to rotate the imagine on this app. I had to mount my camera upside down.Also it doesn't overwrite old files on my sd card. It just quits recording.

Update: there was an update on either the Android side or the camera side, but, either way, it's working just fine now. The app was crashing constantly after my Google Pixel XL was updated to Android 7.1.2, then it spontaneously started working again. Unfortunately, starting yesterday, it resumed crashing each time I attempt to open it. The app probably just needs to be updated for compatibility with the latest Android version.

This app was working OK until last week. Now it continually crashes and will not even open. (Google Pixel XL). The detection also will only capture pictures and not video, which is less useful. Please fix.

Updated: Easy to install and set-up. App had improved very much. Playback from motion detection can be played now. A 32GB SD card would be able to record 5 days and would automatically overwrite. Still needs to unplug and plug sometime to reset the connection as it hung-up after few days of continuous usage.

The app works decent except playback. I never get a timeline to scrub to find exactly what I'm looking for it any sort of controls. I wouldn't be able to pause to take a screenshot or record a small section from what's previously been record. Playback needs some controls just like live view.

There are suspicious activities happening with this app. Even when the camera is not bound, the camera suddenly goes into connecting mode and records on its own. Since downloading this app, my phone and my privacy have been compromised.
