I got this to keep an eye on the house. Motion detection works but when I go to watch the video, I can't fast forward or rewind to get to what I want to check. It seems to run dreadfully slow as well. Will another app work for this camera?

Seems to be working again but gives alerts on rare occasions. Added a star but not impressed anymore. I really need this app to work it's been fine and I've had no problems until now, but today it's crashed completely and I can't log in. Please fix it and I'll add more stars.

First of all it has a serious lag, and seeing as I'm using it to monitor my baby when she is sleeping, this is not good enough. Secondly, the very loud "Dear user some one is watching camera video" wakes up my baby so i have to cover the speaker. Should be a mute option. Also, it has suddenly stopped working and now the app won't even open! Just keep getting the message "micam has stopped working" and I can't find online support for this problem.

Worked great when first installed, but a couple of days later I tried to connect remotely and it wouldn't connect to the camera. Then the app started crashing before it opened. It's back to normal and working now, but very unstable. When it works, it works well, but when it doesn't, it's very frustrating. It needs an update.

App is down, yet again. When it works, it's fine and does the job. But multiple app crashes is not good when this is supposed to be a monitoring tool. Please fix app ASAP.

When we first got it it hooked right up worked a few times than just stopped wouldn't connect again after many convos with customer service, we sent it back got a new one. Right away, won't connect. Thank you for wasting my time and allowing me to throw away$60

It worked for 5 seconds. Not it stopped broadcasting. Any attempt to get it to work again are futile

App is awful. Constantly glitch. App crashed over and over until I reinstalled. Using with the misafes cam. Cam is decent

I have had consistent problems with this device and have sent emails to them outlining these faults. I am still waiting for a reply 6 weeks later. avoid this product. cheap and nasty. the fact that they don't have the decency to even respond says it all.

Diabolical. I have the S7 Edge. Thought this would be ideal to keep an eye on things at home whilst at work. The app just crashes constantly. Can't even sign up. And I doubt they will fix this. Waste of money. Steer clear people! Do not buy the cam. Do not bother with this app. Works OK on Apple I'm sure. But to be honest why should that be an excuse.

Cannot connect camera. Pointless

Freezes up nonstop and no longer connects to camera. Regret letting my husband get talked into this and have already ordered new cameras from different firm. DO NOT BUY/INSTALL.

My family email me to share with this cam but after many trials it kept saying you have no device. They tell me to register with my email then login. Nothing works. No views, no sharing. Bar none.

People are not smart ,it works fine .if it's not connecting leave it plugged in over night and it will connect I left mine unplugged for a year, long time and it still works its going on 3 years and it still works ,

I think the firmware badly needs an update.

Cant create account on this app either. Manual instructs to download the misafecam app, didnt work. Went to website and this app is there. Still doesnt work. App apparently keeps crashing.

Installed it yesterday. Today I can't open it. It says "Unfortunately Mi-Cam has stopped". Please fix this!!

I have a htc desire .which i cannot playback video...but i also have lg stylo..which lets me playback video..so depending on the phone works very good.

Please fix, sound wave signal sync won't connect! Should I return camera for refund?!?!

It's a decent app. Not A+ but could be worse. You can't watch the camera on 2 separate devices at the same time. Not the worst thing. Sometimes you have to restart the app in order for it to load right. If I could give it 3.5 stars I would but it is more deserving of a 4 than a 3. For the price of the camera it isn't a bad purchase.

It really is a disappointment when a product doesn't do what it's supposed to do. I only get 8 seconds of footage all you see is freeze up. The whole point of having this item is to be able to keep ourselves and personal items safe

Impossible to configure date/time, the software always crash when trying to configure. Normally we need to restart the application many times to be able to access the camera. The video recorded can not be accessed by the application, we need to move the memory card to computer. Tried contact with the support by email, but the only answer was to reinstall the application. I think we should be able to update the firmware.

Hit or miss with these cameras. A big miss for me. They will go through and "connect" to my wifi BUT after that they just sit there blinking the green light at me. We bought 4 of them because of the ease of use. That was a bad idea for us. We are returning them all.

Just bought this camera to watch the house and pets while on vacation. Will be returning the camera and uninstalling the app. App brings me right to an area to create an account but won't allow me to create one. It can't connect to the misafe network. Tried in multiple devices. Had no problem with my other 2 cameras from a different brand.

For starters, the terrible attempt at English on this device echos through my mind. "Connection, su-ses-fully". The device its self is good in design, but shouldve been designed by a different company. In retrospect, its garbage. The price was meh and for what its worth, you could buy a better one for a better price. Terrible English. "Suppots" etc. This is a scam

I am not a techie person but this was easy to set up . The only draw back is that it keeps freezing up on me. I have to reinstall constantly . I wanted it so I could go to work and watch my house but that does not work. It will go no further that 3 blocks from my house and when I try to sign onto it at work, 99 percent ,of the time not work. That one percent it will work and after about 30 seconds , it will freeze that picture on the camera and it stays there until I get home and reset. Still have to reset at home a lot. But when it works it is clear and easy to tell who is in the room

The translation between Japanese and english, isn't seemless... And the recording method is still a mystery to me. but the app does work. Be patient.

I would love to give a review on this camera, but I can't even get it to pair with my Wi-Fi. I took it to my daughter's to make sure that it was working and it paired right away at her house. For some reason, I cannot get it to pair with my Wi-Fi. I'm getting very frustrated as it said it was easy to install. If I can get this to eventually pair I will give it another review.

Works fairly well its a pity you can't upload to Dropbox which would be good if home was broken into.

Just tried today and it works very well , the video is not the clearest possible but I can see everything happening in my house from work..the only thing I would improve is the possibility to add more devices

It needs Wifi and bluetooth and the silly squeaking noise.. Then if you lose connection you can't get it back until you are with the camera again... Very poor design... Could have been great but lack of development means it's a big fail

Got this to watch my dog while I'm at work and she wags her tail when I 'talk' to her! I bought one, found it works so well, I bought 3 more for other areas in the house!

The app says it cannot communicate with your network. Waste of money! I can't find anything for support!

I had to uninstall and reinstall after the update but it's working good again.

I got this thinking it we was great for my husband to talk and see us why he was on the road, but not it worked for 1 day and now the app keep saying not working. It kept logging me out and even when I logged back in still no cameras.

This app works great for me. I'm not nit-picky about grammar. The camera cost $30 on Amazon and it was dirt simple to create a profile and connect my device. The camera sends a high def image, too :) For $30 I can monitor my dog while I'm at work. 5 stars, highly recommend this one.

10 sec lag on camera even with good wifi. App force closes itself. Seems like chinese translation. Needs a major update
