O módulo eSUS+ do Cidade Saudável pode ser instalado para uma Secretaria de Saúde.

Baixe o aplicativo e realize um teste! No momento o mesmo está pronto para funcionar em tablet. Estamos adaptando o layout para smartphones.

Este aplicativo permite a substituição das fichas em papel, utilizadas pelos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (ACS), por fichas eletrônicas preenchidas em tablets ou smartphones.

O eSUS+ funciona online e offline, entre outras funcionalidades, destacam-se:

- Realização de Cadastro Individual, Cadastro Domiciliar, Visita Domiciliar, entre outras fichas utilizadas com frequência;
- Envio de fichas cadastradas ao se conectar com a internet;
- Obtenção de coordenadas para geolocalização de pacientes;
- Análise estatística de dados.
