TPASC Athlete App

The TPASC Training App is used for tracking training performance for Sport Academy athletes and personal training client at Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre (TPASC). The Sport Academy is the preferred athlete development training pathway for sport & recreation teams in the Greater Toronto Area. From recreational to high performance, the program follows the Long Term Athlete Development plan by each National Sports Organization to train teams the best way possible. This App is designed to be used with our personal trainers, sports coaches, and health professionals to give you you all the information you need to track your fitness in relation to your team and club, while comparing statistics with others and monitoring progress through system reports.

TPASC Personal Training Clients have all workouts in the palm of their hand. The app can be used to track nutrition, Inbody 570 testing, hydration and many other key indicators on health.

· Online Strength & Conditioning: Prescribed workouts designed built and delivered by professional trainer.
· Data Collection: Workout and combine data is recorded.
· Reporting: Team and individual reports are generated and archived within the system. There is Club, Team, and Individual reporting.
· Combine testing: Teams can easily administer and record combines with step-by-step instruction and video support.
· Scheduling: Coaches administer team schedules which then auto-populate within athlete profiles.
