This is awful .snooping around in your kids stuff is not a good way to make anything better. Why not talk to your kids. Teens will be teens. It's like a betray of trust when you find out your mom's been snooping in all of your business when she promises she will only used it for emergency

Parent says "Major Fail!" I'm a parent, and I wish I could rate this product as a zero. While installation of these kinds of products is a violation of a child's privacy, this is reasonable for children that are actually at risk. It isn't reasonable if you are just a helicopter parent. If a child recognizes that the app is on their phone, they will not text openly with friends. So, installation must be stealth. Unfortunately, even with a manual installation from TeenSafe's site per their instructions, this product is not stealth. Product shows up in Play Store My Apps as requiring update. Parents, your kids are smarter than you. Take heed and get a different app if you must. For me, I'll just be taking random physical extracts of my child's messages from the phone when my spidey sense starts tingling.

I get it. I understand parents want to keep their children safe, I really do. Honestly I think parents should try to keep their children safe online. I even say my parents have reasons for not trusting me... But there is a point where it gets taken too far. This is the example.

Tried to contact company. Contact form errored out. Did the trial but it didn't impress so went to uninstall with correct password but it keeps saying password incorrect even after I reset it. App says I need to deactivate before uninstall incorrect but the deactivate button does nothing.

What are my parents trying to do. Yes so obviously these people and my parents are evil. And whats worse is that my parenrs arent even using it.

Honestly, I wouldn't suggest getting this app for your kids. I could understand if they're 15 or younger but a 17 year old high school senior shouldn't be subjected to this type of monitoring

I use this app for a reason both of my daughters have been bullied before because of their skin color. My daughters are 6 and 13 and are of mixed race so they have been called names that no child should use. I use this app because of that I don't want my child to be in the next statistics of bullied suicides.FYI I think parents should be held accountable for their children's actions kids only do what they see at home.I will protect my children at all costs. Who bullies a 6 yr old girl?

Most of these negative comments are children (under 18) seriously if you want privacy pay your own bill. Nothing is free. I love this app

How can i delete this app off my phone . My wife put it on there to track me . It says its installed BUT it wont let me deactivate it because it says it is an account administrator ? What can i do to make it disappear ?

This.this is just invasion of privacy.for it to "target your exact location" is kinda scary.imagine what would happen if someone stole the parents phone?this is bad because the kids with the phone can see what all this app has access to.then that will make them not want to use their phone.so then.the app is pointless and an invasion of privacy.

The app was not up to date and I did not see all of my son's information. Now I can't delete the app. It says I have to deactivate 1st and I have already cancelled the account.

Installed the app on my phone, input my email and teens number. Now the app is doing nothing. It won't let me deactivate and or uninstall on my device. I never got an email, a account password or the information sent to my teen's phone.

For all u people who want this app off your phone download "lookout" its a virus scanner and calls this app a virus because it track your every move. It will delete it off your phone

Children cutting themselves over their parents invading their privacy. Guess what if you live in your parents house they pay the phone bill they feed you, you have no privacy. When you yurn 18 and do all of stuff for yourself then you can privacy. And what are you doing that you need to hide. You probably arent going to get grounded for using curse words in texts to friends. Your phone is priviledge not a right. Which most kids cant understand today

Adults think that this app will help them get closer to their children and that they will start listening to the rules. I just found out about the app ad there is so much stuff I do on my phone that I would prefer not be shown to my parents. As someone with anxiety and depression, my parents think it would be best for me that they know what I'm doing at all times. This app has caused me to have multiple anxiety attacks and made me start cutting again. It just causes more conflict between parents and kids.

Iphone = turn off Icloudbackups and make a new apple account, Android= Get an apk permission editor, edit the permissions so their are none, and then save and reinstall, and voa la! OR YOU CAN REMOVE THE APP, or back everything up to your pc and wipe your phone, OR YOU CAN GET AN APP DISABLER AND DISABLE THE APP! :D NO MORE SHALL US CHILDREN BE VIOLATED AND TREATED LIKE PROPERTY! If you ever have any doubts just get this it will tell you everything you dont want to know!!! Be careful bc you will see texts that will make your heart break! Deleted texts and gps dont lie,and you will want to throw up!! Bc you no exactly were they are,and you can see the conversation afterwards and that will make a sane person go mental! So unless you are really ready to have your dreams crushed you might not want to do this! Definitely be sure, its hard to moveon!!!!

Most of these reviews are as funny as they can get. Immature, ungrateful youth complaining about what their parents do to THEIR electronic devices. LOL!!! Heres an idea, buy your own phone and service. A minor doesn't have some God given right to do whatever they want on mommy or daddy's dime. I can't believe that in this world people would force another human being to show all their social life and what makes it worse is its to another family member. This could be a dangerous app. It seems all you have to do is put your email and a phone number. And that's it. If I wanted I could literally stalk people if I wanted. This could lead to dangerous acts. This violates privacy. Creeps can now know where and what your child is doing. And parents want to support this? Uhh no. I do not in anyway support this app. Parents if you want to watch what there doing. Simply take their phones and go through it. Not hard.

I am surprised about how most kids my age are that rude and ungrateful because heck, at least they own a phone at all! If you're mature enough to understand why your parents put the app on your phone, be really nice to them and there's a chance they'll take it off. ; )

The only reason for a parent to download this app is because they have virtually no trust in their children. Guess what parents, if you cannot trust your children, how will they trust you? All I'm saying is that this app will ruin family relations very quickly once the child discovers they are being watched by what is actually malicious software. All information is stored on a server. If someone obtained your credentials they could easily use this app to spy on your children. So think twice about this app.

hate the app but Honestly I could care less if their breathing down my back. If they want to see the stupid conversations I have with my friends they can go ahead. I'm actually having fun with this. If y'all really want to play with the system, intentionally look up a bunch of stuff like "gay porn" or just something incredibly stupid. Parents I understand that you are concerned about your child's safety but getting this app will only drive them further away if they find the app the more you strangle them the more they'll close up and are less likely to talk to you, just be respectful of your child's privacy to rip their privacy away from them is like digging through their diary. There are just some thoughts that you don't need to know to be a good parent if your that concerned I would recommend that u talk to them before barging in...

During the time we used TeenSafe, we discovered that an adult sexual predator was enticing our daughter over the internet. Because of this awareness, we were able to deal with the situation accordingly. Since that time we have cancelled our TeenSafe account. I was so impressed with the ease of cancelling the service. This is a company that exhibits decency and a genuine concern for the safety of our youth. I will highly recommend this service to anyone and will not hesitate to use it again.

This app opened my eyes. It showed me that you CAN'T TRUST the main one who goes on and on about how much they love you, and the one that lies on a freaking one year old baby just to download this app. Therefore I'm grateful for this app. It really teaches me to not to trust anyone.

Also it's a good way to get your kids to hate you....... just keep this in mind if you use this app for your kids or teens. You should respect their privacy

There are some things parents don't need to know. I have no privacy anymore. If you are a parent and considering using this app, I strongly believe that you should reconsider, did your parents invade every conversation you had when you were a child? Its not fair, how would you like it if your parents knew all of your secrets? You would hate it, take a step back and look at yourself you nosy assholes.

If a child can see the app clearly there, then their first reaction would be to research and see what it does. Once the teen figures out they are being watched, they will obviously avoid doing anything wrong or inappropriate. That may be the point, but any parents who hope to pry and catch their child doing wrong will be disappointed if their child is even somewhat intelligent. Before you attempt to say I'm proof this works, you can't because this app isn't even installed currently, so a nonbiased review

They offer a 7 day free trial - but when you signup they ask for a billing information. The next thing you know you get charge. THE TRIAL IS FAKE - BEWARE. Quality is bad, Customer service is extremely bad, you pretty much get rob, then they will claim that you agree to pay for the service, because you enter your billing information.

It's a pretty good product, except sometimes it doesn't give me all the msgs or download things right away other than that it has been a great tool to keep my child safe!!
