Lay Bare Mobile Application

Logged in using a browser and since I'm using mobile phone, I was asked to download the app but this app cannot log me in and prompts I entered incorrect information. Resetting password, the submit button is not doing anything, it does not even react to the wrong format of email that I entered.

not useful. booked an appointment using this app last 5/30/17 for 6/2/17, 8pm. called the branch on 6/1/17 to verify and they are not aware of it. gave me a lame excuse that their store pc is broken so they cannot check. good thing I called so they were able to take note of my appointment. pls make sure that your branch is aware of this app and that the appointments can be booked here. make sure also that their store pc is in good condition so they can monitor online.bookings.

Useless piece of app. Needs a lot of working on this one. I had to reset my password and did it several times but this app just wouldnt do its job correctly. Please fix this for God's sake!

Getting worse and worse every update. Nonsense.

employees gets surprised that there is an appointment and makes me wait for a long time. no sense to use this app.

Does the store even recognize the online booking system? Not to mention, it takes forever to load and frequently crashes.
