Slow slow slow
I keep getting Sysco mobile app not responding ,free a lot to slow to upload products list ,
To slow and I dont like that after 2 or 3 months anything you haven't ordred again gets removed from your "order guide". Also, how do you not have a picture for all the products? downloading photos and syncing them to computer files is not that difficult these days. Also, did I mention really SLOW. Lastly, unless you have the exact name format for the product your searching for, then good luck. Search engine needs improvements.
I love where this app takes the ordering process; however, it is not quite ready yet. The application is constantly timing out or locking up during orders. For high pace/high volume client it is not where it needs to be.
Trying to set up a new login, and it's not working. I have no access to my account that we set up.
The app needs pars . if fresh point can make this happen sysco should be able to do the same.
Garbage, works when it wants to, double orders can't connect, no alphabetical for custom lists complete waste of time
Doesn't work. Worthless.
It was working well and really saved me time but the newest update took away the slider bar to switch from my last 3 months order guide to the catalogue directly and now takes way longer to find what I need without going to the order guide that holds all items including phased out items. Either give back the switch or get rid of phased out items.
Very slow and not very informative. US Foods and Reinhardt are much more user friendly and break down every item to the price per ounce.

This app still runs too slow and when I try to login it takes a while to get to the order guide. Also when I'm on wifi Minute's later it tells me no connection, when I'm actually connected. Please fix this ASAP. Also can you guys add a reboot function, were we all don't have to reenter the password over and over again.
Works well. I would really like if you could easily transfer order items from this app to the sysco inventory app. Would make both much easier to use.
Very useful
Great when it works, but causes hundreds of dollars in loss of sales when it frequently does not work following updates.

Makes ordering a breeze
Just used the sysc mobile app for the first time. Extremely easy to use, no more logging into a Web site. Love it.

They are constantly improving the efficiency and speed of the app.
New updates awful. Needs to sync every item when placing order. If wifi connection iffy takes forever to get order done. Have past info on to my Rep several times and nothing changes. IT needs to remember we are not sitting at a desk working with hard internet connection. Maybe test apt on a phone walking around warehouse, or office building.
I used this app one a week for several years- after last update where the "par list" bullshit was put in- I cannot even use the app at all!! It's aggravating as hell- I need to b able to do my order on my damn phone- I run 2 restaurants and no time to set at my PC just to do a damn order!! Now it's a worthless app and actually costs me ALOT OF VALUABLE TIME!! FIX IT FIX IT
Now the app sucks as bad as the website. The updates made now make my ordering time 2 times as long...thanks cuz I have nothing else to do during the day!!!
When ordering more than 9 boxes of bread the application only sends 1 OneBox so upon receiving the order our stores have only been getting one box of bread please fix this error, this is still a problem so fix it!
Good if your trying to order pea but sucks if you want a case of peas or anything plural and searching for things is impossible just a slow and out of date app if you want to see how to make this app work look at U.S. foods app light years ahead
Freezes up during orders. It takes me 3x as long to place an order on my smart phone, as it does on the computer.
This app almost always fails to load at least six times while I am doing my order on my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge with four of five bars of service and 4g lte. Tried restarting my phone uninstall9ng and reinstalling the app and nothing seems to be working to get this app to load tonight
Can log in on the computer no issues.. but when I use the app with exact information I use to log in it will not allow me to log in....

As a professional chef thus app is a life saver! Totally streamlines the ordering process!
App will not maintain password in system. Support offers a temp password but app will not prompt to change to a permanent password. Instead the temp password is used until it expires and support is contacted for another and the circle begins again. This app is better than the last one but still poorly made by someone not in the "care"mode for the Sysco Company brand.
I was out the door , my cook calls and says we needed more Ribeye. I just did about 5 clicks and it was added to my order.

This app has potential to be an awesome ordering app for mobile amd tablet use. Like any other great design it takes time and lots of improvments. I use it 3 times a week and get more and more fluent with it. One addition i think would greatly improve it is make the searches for products more broader and less on correct sysco jargonabbreviations. Example sliced provolone, to find correct one need to search for smkd prv. But were getting there! Baby steps! Michael Kane Island House Sysco Eastern Regional.

I can't even order one item without it telling me app isn't responding! My report told me to try and switch the time of day I use it, maybe it's a busy time! I did and still the same results! I loved it before update please fix!
