SysAid Helpdesk App for Android
Can't enter notes, can't get beyond 100 rows. Click specify search and it just reloads the same 100 users. Like most IT folks, I need a mobile solution for help desk and this product doesn't do the job.
Horrible. I can barely do anything with this and the view is set to mobile view. Make it better by removing Mobile view and making desktop view the default view

The app does not deliver. It's a roll of the dice as to whether or not you get the entire UI to load and even then it's buggy. Very frustrating when you are trying to do work and you can't even update tickets. Poor execution on Android, I will have a look at the iPad app to see if there is a difference. I will definitely think twice about renewing our license next year if they can't figure out how to deliver consistency across all platforms.
The app needs a lot of work and improvements. Have to keep logining in to see incidents, push notifications only work if I'm in the app (what's the point) and it's buggy.
Locks up when trying to update tickets. Galaxy note 5 would be great if it was updated to work.
Barely works for looking at tickets and managing them properly, the description has no scroll so I have to put my cursor in there and drag it down to be able to read each ticket, it doesn't recognise my username properly so when I'm under my incident and i close a ticket it asks me if I would like to assign it to myself which if I click no it has a loading bar that never ends, if I click yes it messes up the process manager user with half of my username. Many more problems that I've run out of space for...
Lags so much you can't even scroll. Not useable for techs that are on the road. A redesign is due!

It works fine, but It would be nice if you can receive a notification on your phone every time there is a new incident.
Does this work on the Galaxy S6 Edge? Keeps saying Network Error, but I have no restrictions on my data. Very few options for troubleshooting within the App.
The app is ok, you can view tickets and reassign them. But for this app to really be useful to me, I have to be able to send messages to users through the ticket. Please add this functionality! It serves no purpose for me otherwise.
I use this app for our helpdesk system at work. When the app works it's great, unfortunately though most of the time it does not work. The app consistently crashes or has strange bugs that cause the cause the app to crash. If I type in the solution box, then try to close the ticket I can't reach the top of the page due to the keyboard staying up. If I hit the back button it goes to the previous page without saving my solution response. Most of the time I find myself going to my desktop to close tickets.
I like the recent iPad update, pretty smooth and much clearer to use. When is Android receiving an update?

No custom views
I can no longer download this app onto my phone (Samsung Vibrant) or my tablet (Transformer Prime). Why? Both are more-than capable at running this app, considering they're both running ICS. Fix this crap. The app has been buggy since I've begun to use it.
Do they even test their product before they push out a new version? Won't save settings on Moto Droid X, HTC Incredible, Moto Driod 3, and can't log in with any of them. Tho ver work with a Evo but force closes when opened. Older version you could at least login but wouldn't save the settings (URL / Account, User Name, Password). New ver. 2.1.5 is non functional. Called Tech support and they said they were unaware of any problems... I asked, "Do you read the reviews on your own product?"
It seems that the new update keeps you logged in when switching between applications. Kudos for the improvement.
This is a great ap but it won't let me scroll down the pages of tickets or ticket details anymore. Uninstalled it reinstalled but still the same.
Allows me to track my service request anywhere. If only the remote control feature from the desktop version was added it would be perfect.
A good start. With many groups taking tickets in my org I would like it to remember my filters so I can see only my group's tickets.
I love having this app.. but, the app NEVER remembers my server address. Also, i need more functionability with what i can do with tickets and users.
Tickets work well but not the assets. Filters are not saved on anything

Crap. The mobile site is way better. Won't save server address or logon credentials. I expected more from SysAid.
It's an ok utility. It's still buggy.Can't set SR duration unless it's for same day. Use for editing your SRs, but use the web to create new SRs.
Works ok, good idea but a bit hinky. Crashes now and then. Could use some Polish for sure but clearly will make my life easier.

This app sucks. Bad. Unable to login, as I constantly get a Network Error message. I know the URL and credentials are absolutely correct. I am able to login to the iOS app with the same info, without issue. SysAid is a substandard ITSM to begin with. This app only makes it seem worse.
