• Employees can log in using employee ID to mobile app
• Employee can view leave details and apply for leave
• Employee can view shift details
• Employee can view holiday list
• Employee can view leave overview
• Employee can apply overtime
• Communnnication between manager and employee through app notification helps avoid paper usage
• Manager can log in and approve leave
• Approved leaves will be sent to SAP system and simultaneously saved on server
• Mobile application will be communicating with SAP through web service
• All business logic currently implemented in SAP will remain as is and apply BL on leave data sent by mobile device
• Web based feature is deployed to activate mobile devices used to send leave data to SAP. Only devices activated by HR Manager will be able to access the LMS system.
