App is very basic, finds your NAS on your network, allows restart, but no access to things like Packages in case one crashes and needs to be restarted. This should really be a must-have on an app like this, or create a new one that does allow more advanced remote access besides just restarting the whole NAS.

However the latest version seems to have broken the list of notifications. When I try to check my notifications it says there are none. Even though I receive notifications every night after backup.

Very limited. Would be good to have control over stopping and starting packages and being able to stop/start virtual machines or docker images without having to go to DSM mobile, wait for the page to load on the phone, then selecting desktop mode, waiting for another long time to load this page on a mobile and then trying to perform these simple tasks from a tiny interface that once zoomed, corrupts the display and I am no longer able to use the full desktop DSM functionality from the mobile without refreshing the entire page

My Synology NAS has 'disappeared' from my network, even though DS Finder shows it with an IP address. So it's a very negative review for this software, and the EDS14 brick it is supposed to support.

In my case it tells me that I'm not authorized. However, typed in my admin account with the same credentials I use for the web login.

This app doesn't work at all. It doesn't find my Synology. I remember when I installed it while ago it was working. I think current version is broken.

One of the updates broke the WoL on this app. There was no input from the support team. Just deleting the entries didn't work for me.. i had to clear the application cache and data from application manager.. re-inserted the settings and it works now..

I had some issues with my DNS and lost my DS211J off the network. This app helped find the IP and let me setup my PC to gain access again. It provides a nice remote summary of your disk station but nothing that isn't available elsewhere.

Very limited functionality. This app should offer at least same possibilities as DSM Mobile page but instead it offers only basic information about DS. I give one star for WoL and one for notification system. To all Synology DS users: make yourself shortcut to DSM Mobile instead using this app! You will get much more functions after only one login.

Pray your disks don't become degraded with no web or SSH access because you are on your own. There is somebody called Tony who pretends he is from synology and who achieves nothing. Two weeks with no access to tera bytes of data

This app has little to no functionality over the DSM Mobile page. It would be really great to see this app get a redesign as nice as the mobile page has gotten. Then maybe I would use it.

Useful app. Synology support confirmed that you need to delete your nas and then re-add it in the app. Wol then works and I've just done it so can confirm it.

Deleted and reinstalled the app. WOL works again. My guess is the update process does not clear some cache file. New UI is nice.

Doesn't seem to be any way of managing volumes or doing much other maintenance so this app doesn't do much any network mapper could do.
