CAREFUL, YOU'LL LOSE YOUR DATA, this app doesn't back up anything. I used Syncios to (supposedly) back up the call log and SMS to the SDcard. Then I made a copy of all the contents of the SD card, factory-reset my phone and wiped the SDcard. Then I wanted to get the files from the SDcard backup to copy them back to the SDcard and restore the backup, but there was NOTHING. The directory created by the app was empty. So thanks Syncios for giving me the confidence that I had a backup of my call log where in fact I didn't.

Doesn't really backup sms. Sync to repository but doesn't say where this repository is located. Cannot backup or sync individual folders. Don't responds to numerous complains. Cannot trust.

Does do what it claims. Waste of time.

This app sucks. Instead of backing up to my sd card it backed up to internal memory so I lost all my pictures and videos. Luckily I used another app to backup texts. Beware!

Worst app.. Took the back up and relied on this but it's not restoring the back up now..STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP..PATHETIC!!!!

This is pretty handy before rooting and installing titanium backup. Just make sure you crack the PC app to back everything up to your computer.

Terrible buggy crap. Went through an hour of harrowing desperate attempts before getting back my sms, which I had backed up before factory reset. First attempts would recover only 10 messages. This crapware developed by amatures using the unsuspecting users as guinea pigs. Constant crashes, contradictory alerts. Should have suspected something amiss when upon downloading PC version, it said it was already outdated and needed to download another 82mb to latest version. I am lucky I only trusted it for sms and nothing else. Contacts backup a total mess, which is totally unnecessary because it's backed up to Google anyway.

Thanks for the empty backup. I've now lost 2 years worth of contacts and text messages.

Much easier to transfer media file from folders... also the app settings are very ineffective. Much room for needed improvement...

Syncios Pro did not work. I paid 20 UK pounds for the app. Programme kept crashing on up-to-date PC running Windows 10. I will not waste my money on this supplier again. Inadequate fallover methods so at the first sign of trouble the app refers you to phone maker websites. Lots of additional unnecessary non-core 'functionality' which is fine if the main product functionality works. The concept: great. The execution: dreadful!!

I lost all my contact, It didn't back up the contacts. I am not sure why google allowing this shi*** programs on their app store

Awful new version the old sync droid worked better and sync to pc via WiFi worked better, Why it replaced?

So, I accidentally deleted an album (pictures) instead of just a single picture. So, i had already made a backup of everything months before. So i bring up this program, foolishly thinking I can actually recover over 200 pictures but NOPE! You can't actually SEE anything you are backing up or restoring. You have to restore everything in each category. So i 'restore' all the pictures but...surprise, surprise, nothing but black images that indicate (I guess) bad/broken files. So, all gone. Thanks for nothing!

I am using one plus one. And I see lot of crashing complaint. Please mention supported models to avoid wasting others time.

I backed up my SMS but restore doesn't work. Is there any other way to restore SMS?

I tried using this to backup my phone and it did, but restoring things is difficult and confusing. USB sync and SD card backups don't work together. It's meant to be mostly a backup to pc type app. Not what I was looking for!

Its the worst app ever I cnt restore anything in my phone now..all the back up data is lost and It no longer exist. It s I doesnot restore anything and all my images are gone. I hated it and lost all my data worst app this is.

It says, 'Work with SyncDroid for PC to transfer data between Android device and PC via USB cable'. But works only for WIFI. WASTE OF TIME.

Taking away one star because it's slower than it should be. Whether 5ghz wifi or USB wired connection, it's far too slow.

I find this app extremely useful especially for those who tend to like to have backups of their phones in case of loss of data Or lost phones.

All I want to do is to save my pictures to my computer so I can delete them from my phone and free up space. This app claims to do that but it doesn't. It will restore everything else perfectly but does Not restore SMS. Though backup is correct. Yes one more about pictures. Pics saved on external memory card is not saved in backup. When you restore it just shows empty pic. There are lot complaints about same in remarks but no reply from administration yet. It seems he is dumbo.

I made a back tu sd card and also to dropbox then i factory reset my phone two times....Now i'm no getting my messages ang logs back...Can you do something.???

Only works (not the right word) on WiFi. I ran three backups before a factory reset. Went to restore and only one backup job existed and then only one this supposedly restores (sms) but nothing actually restored. A useless app.
