Sync.com - Secure cloud storage and file sharing

Camera upload still does not work. I reported this to the devs back in September. Will auto upload for about a day, then totally stop. This is the case on various devices I have installed it on.

need the ability to move and rename file or is it a paid features?

Paid user. Looks great and hope it stays so, however, please invest more on mobile app. Camera uploads just crashes if you ask it to upload current photos and you have a few 1000 of them. I got out of pcloud for the same reason, but Dropbox never had any crashing issue.

Im not the most computer/tablet/phone savvy person in the world, but when I was starting to work with a new tablet and my phone was acting up and I ended up having to wipe it... Oh I was NOT in good shape. My grandbabies' pics were on that phone by the 100s!!! Well, I learned the lesson of NOT ignoring the Cloud ever again and thanks to Sync I was able to go on my computer and send pics to my tablet and phone. AND I even figured out how to do it myself. YAY!!! If you are looking for a great program to Sync to other devices ie phones, computer, tablet, AND the Cloud... I can't recommend this highly enough. LOVE it!!!!

Needs ability to delete multiple files, have sort option stay permanent. Sorts to oldest file on open even if sort by newest was last used.. need option to moves files single or multi to different folders. Need to rename files. App has not bad any major improvements as far as features in long time. Paid user and love it but need these basic features

A little skiddish to upload photos from my phone, but I love the end-to-end encryption so I keep it.

This is the best privacy alternative to Google photos I have found however there is a couple of annoying things that if fixed would make this app great. 1) you can't select multiple files and delete, I often have lots of random screenshots etc.. that I don't need to keep and it it's too slow to go through each file and delete 2) can't find an easy way to move images from a folder to another on the app 3) the photo gallery option is good which makes this the best replacement against Tresorit or PCloud however it can be painfully slow to load 4) can't find a way find a way to delete a folder in the app 5) only bring able to upload 1 file at a time and not folders can make things very slow 6) can't rename files in the app

2-step verification works with android, iphone, iPad, winXP, & win10. It totally bypassed 2step on win7 starter. Check it out.

Used on Android 8.0 - seems to need focus set to upload - upload stops from time to time despite stable internet connection. App improved - far from stable release.

*Paid user. The app is making progress, source code needs to be released as promised. Bug fixes noted, still need to upload multiple files and delete rename folders.

Please provide folder upload,multiple file delete option and also reduce the opening time of the app it's barely basic functions are present...

Very bad app

The app has improved with the most recent update. It's now possible to select multiple files to upload. And, I haven't noticed any stopping or lagging, as before. But, it's still not possible to rename or move files. I have to go to the website to do that. Also, the app AND the website would greatly benefit from having a search function.

Camera uploads does leave photos behind. Trying to upload a few files (like the photos) will get stuck forever. Not even the cancel button works. Service looks like it works (I'm a paid user) but the app needs to be fixed... ;)

I recently updated this app today and I can finally play my files I have, especially video files! That was a real improvement for me. Keep up the good work!

Very unstable app. Frequent freezes upon opening.

I only use this service to store my torrent movies.... Now I have 25 movies in it

Generally pretty good, however there is an issue with the "camera upload" feature. This actually uploads any image file not just the camera roll. So if you view an image in say whatsapp, this gets auto uploaded as well. So you end up with a heap of rubbish being uploaded to the camera upload folder. Apparently this is a "feature" that they are not willing to fix unless many users raise it as an issue. Feel free to raise an issue.....

Really basic single file access works well. Groups of files and/or folder level actions are non-existent... like rename, delete, download to local. Only handles one file at a time. Compared to a Dropbox or OneDrive it lacks a lot; but compared to other "zero knowledge" storage apps it's at the top of the pack.

guys...search function PLEEEEEEASE. i dont get why this is so complicated or impossible to implement. 2 tbs without a proper search is a nightmare, period. the filter function is pretty much useless, if i already know the exact folder location i dont need to search at all..

Sorry but its so annoying to click on every single file to get it offline. Please add a function that makes this possible for a whole folder or even just for all selected files in a folder. Another thing: implement the possibility to syncronize any folders from an android phone, just like in the Windows Applikation.

Slow download for pictures. No download at all for videos. Did not expect too much but was able to underdeliver my expectations...

Not possible to upload whole folder structures across. That's a key feature for me so I can't use this app unfortunately. Other than that it's promising.

Very basic access to files. Needs option to allow entire folders to be synced for offline use. Without that, this app is useless for me.
