When I tried USB sync, Melodroid could not see the phone even though it was connected to the pc and recognized by windows. Also the windows program locks up when I try to sync wirelessly and uses 50%cpu and I have to use Ctrl+alt+Del to close the program. Half the time I try and sync the android app it crashes and says "unfortunately melodroid has stopped working," or just gets stuck at starting sync and doesn't actually do anything.

Thats it. Samsung G4: Won't play music, won't sync, continually reloading on PC. Paid for xtra features. WANT MY MONEY BACK!

It is blatant fraud that there is no mention that this will NOT WORK on 99% of itunes users computers it only works on itunes 10, basically took me an hour of screwing to try to make it work with crashes then going to the main site and seeing a announcement "sorry only works with itunes 10". Ridiculous this is whats wrong with the android market place.

I tried this and it won't connect my phone to my computer so that I can sync it. I even manually entered in the IP address to the phone and it still won't connect. This sucks, I even bought the $0.99 upgrade so I can sync individual playlists and it won't even connect!!! I want a refund...

Have latest iTunes and doesn't work. Wish I could get money back. Doesn't sync and the software is very buggy

I purchased this app to sync my podcasts to my nexus 7 (2013). The sync seems to get a few songs, but mostly gives errors on music and podcasts. It seems to work fine as a remote, but there are many free apps for that. I would not recommend this app. If it can be fixed I'll be happy, otherwise I'd prefer a refund. I wish I didn't spend all the time trying to get to work. 15 minutes may be too short a window for refunds...

Is there anyway to change the destination folder on my phone to one on the removable sd card?

Got this app and realised that you have to make an in-app purchase to sync playlists. So payed for it. But the dumb thing is not able to stay connected/sync playlists. Either the desktop app crashes or the mobile app gives an error in syncing files with itunes. Wrote to the vendor, who promises a 24 hour response. There has been no revert for over a week now. Shitty app. DO NOT BUY. Is there a way by which i can claim a refund?

There doesn't seem to be a version for Mac. I'm sure there are plenty of Mac owners not using iPhones.

I didn't have any problem getting MeloDroid to install on my phone or on Win7 and my phone can control the iTunes on Win7, but no matter what I do I can't get QuickSync or USB Sync to actually move any songs onto my phone. The one user said to clear the phone cache. I've looked, my Galaxy Prevail does not seem to have users accessible cache settings. I just want a music manager/player for Android that works and is either small or can move to the SD card. DoubleTwist was nice, but it is too huge. I only have 161 mb of internal storage.

I had to spend a little bit of time trying to get it to sync with my computer... But, I checked with the PC program, fiddled with the phone, and i couldn't get it to work: but, then I cleared the cache in my phones settings, and viola! It worked like a charm! I have to say I LOVE this app, it works amazingly!

Don't listen to the complainers, it's a great app and offers features others make you pay for. Good on this dev for making it! I had to clear cache to make it sync, but I was fine after that. Wonderful tool, been looking for exactly this.

Tried several re-installs and reboots on the PC and the Droid device. I could get as far as selecting my desktop device, then I would have to reboot my computer to exit the program. I you do need something like this, try "DoubleTwist".

This app works better than I expected. It's very fast to. Would recommend. Galaxy nexus.

I tried to gt this complete waste of time and money working on a Galaxy S4 and a windows 8 laptop. Spent hours wasting my time, keep looking people this is not what you need!
