Synagram Tourenplaner & Ortung

Die Tourenplanung ist eine Kombination aus Web-Anwendung und Smartphone-App, die branchenübergreifend die Planung von Service-Terminen ermöglicht. Mit ihr können z. B. Handwerksbetriebe die Einsätze ihrer Mitarbeiter effizient planen und koordinieren.

Dazu werden die Kundenaufträge in optimierter Reihenfolge direkt auf die Mobiltelefone der Mitarbeiter gesendet. Sollten sich Kundentermine verschieben oder ausfallen, wird dies automatisch auf dem Firmenhandy des Mitarbeiters aktualisiert. Bei unvorhergesehenen Ereignissen wie etwa Notfällen kann der Einsatzleiter sofort auf einer Karte sehen, welche Mitarbeiter der Notfallstelle gerade am nächsten sind.
