If I could give a zero I would. Has a serious malware virus and won't let you uninstall even with the best protection software. Will be contacting Toshiba asap. Keeps doing update and who knows what its gathering.... Crap app

Google does not force this upon you. The manufacturers and cell carriers are the ones to thank for bloatware. If you want a pure Android experience go with the Nexus line.

Shouldn't your customer's wants and needs come first? At least make these things removable. That way we've seen them, your advertisers needs are met, and those who will use them, can, those who won't, can delete. Everybody's happy that way. Forcing us to leave it on won't get us to use it. It just make us dislike your selling us out to advertisers. Be better than the rest, make bloatware removable, Toshiba!

Rely on making a good app we'll keep instead of forcing us to keep it.

Total bloatware, no matter which version you have. Advice to Toshiba, on your 8GB and 16GB models either throw in a Free SD card or let me uninstall this crap.

Short of rooting there is no way to uninstall. I don't understand how we cannot uninstall garbage we don't want. All this bloatware/spyware is forcing me to root my tablet.

Wish that I could remove but it's google so nope but I don't use so ours taken up space :-(

I wish I can completely uninstall this junk. I can't easily share articles and the ads take up the bottom quarter of the screen. Also, the news tiles change every few seconds or so and that is very annoying - I click on an article I want to read, but it just changed to some other article. Crap!

Thus app stopped working altogether several days ago. Uninstalling.

How can it be un-installed?

Was good before, but it now has ads and i will no longer be using it. Look elsewhere for your news.
