Primum is an easy-to-use encounter-tracking and charge-capture solution for physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners.

The Primum mobile app is a robust digital rounding list that allows providers and practice coordinators to use their mobile device to track and communicate essential details about each patient encounter their physician group manages. Physicians and APPs (physician assistants and nurse practitioners) can collaborate through patient care teams and track “shared services.” The mobile app offers an optimized layout for handheld devices and increased performance and functionality for users.

It's easy to track to see if anyone was missed during rounds! Wish it could auto populate patients as providers are switched in our system but I guess that requires a deeper system integration. Maybe in future?
