App shuts down at the time of registration only. I can't register myself. How will i get to register my points.

I install the app and while opening from the beginning there is an error message Unfortunately sympark has stopped

I have not registered in this app. But my number is already registered in this app with someone else name. Anyone can register in this app using other dealer number without his knowing.
