I cannot say much about it. If I start the app and login for first time it craches. And it keeps doing it. I'm using a LG G4+

Opens for about two seconds then screen goes black and never comes back.

Worse than useless. This app is completely useless. It I impossible to read a single book without going premium. I made in 30 pages into a book, just enough to get engrossed, before being stonewalled and needed premium membership to continue. Maybe this app works fine once you drop the money each month, but based on the free service provided I don't intent to find out.

Not a lot of books, many from unknown authors, difficult to find bestsellers. A lot of problem keeping synced, takes a lot of time loading books, even the ones that are offline. Better of with other apps.

Completely useless. I used to like this app, now it won't even load the books on the main menu. Deleted

BOTH my credit cards got charged even though their website said "card declined". I was still not able to access content even after realizing i was charged.

I've been searching for the best e-book site for a long time and 24symbols is definitely one that many should try. The site interface is very easy to follow and the customer service is great.

Between bugs, crashes and the occasional unexpected logout, you are better off just buying your ebooks one by one. Not only there's are constant technical issues, 24S catalogue consist mostly of unknowns authors and self-published books. That isn't a bad thing necessarily, but when your pay 9$ a month it's reasonable to expect a more robust catalog than that of the Amazon Kindle Store selfpublished section.

Titles unknown, the ones which capture my attention weren't able to read or download because of my country. So, one and one, I don't recommend this app if you really what to read good books online.

I went premium and started reading a book. The next day when I went to continue reading my book. Everything was gone and they were telling me to go premium again. I called my credit card company and they said I was charged. But they're is absolutely no phone number to call.

When ever my book starts showing its pages, there an add for going prenium for this app. Which distributed me so much that i lost my interest in the book. Don't create an app which cannot fulfill the users need.

Would be an awesome app if it didn't constantly have errors, and you could actually download books without it mucking up. Very frustrating

There are 2 issues I have with this app and they are....the search engine doesn't work and when you select a book the option to view other books from the same author is not available in the app as it is on the website. Other than that this a good app to read your books from instead of reading from the website.

For the most part i enjoy the app. Fair monthly price, especially if you are a heavy reader. There are quite a few bugs though. Noticing quite a few issues as of late with synchronizing books. App has to be closed and restarted. Also have had to restart app because small chunks of pages are missing occasionally. Started out using the free trial. On my phone i was unable to enter my name for payment information as the field is only set up for numbers. Had to log on with laptop to fix. Bugs < Rating

Three stars because I like the potential of this service. It would be five if it actually worked. I have tried to read several books from the service so far. One absolutely refused to download, despite several attempts, so I gave up on it. Two lost their minds somewhere and had their page order completely mangled, so that I would turn to the next page, only to see the page I'd read two pages ago, or the last page in a story, or I would have to flip forward, then back, then forward again to get to the "next" page. I gave up reading those crapshoots as well. I was able to successfully download one graphic novel to read offline, but when I attempted to read it today, the app gave me a "connection error" and would not load the book, as if it had not been downloaded...despite it appearing in my Offline folder. All that, plus the fact that I'm limited to one audiobook a month from a library that seems to be mostly filled with public domain work from Librivox, means that I likely won't be continuing my membership beyond my trial period, unless there are major updates to fix the bugs in the app.

Since the update I can't search for books through the app only online it was great till the update please fix this

You will should add screen rotation option to read more comfortable in a tablet

Works just as well, if not better, as the website. Keep up the good work. Plus, people don't be put off this app's rating as it is better than you think.
