I love the product, except for the fact while the app is operating, if I get a phone call or want to reply to a text, the app loses connectivity. So if anything outside of the app occurs, I basically have to start all over instead of the app just picking up where it left off. Anyone with the same situation? Or just advice? Thanks in advance. I'd say the only problem I have is the app is kinda glitchy and had some problems playing my music as well other than that VERY easy to install and use! I just have one question for the creators my car is dirty and I was wondering if I were to wash it if anything would happen to the headlights or effect my zevo pulse in anyway??? PLEASE HELP ME

I love mine. I have at least 14 neon sets inside and out and in my port of speaker box etc. There great just won't connect. I'd half to cut the power off to them then turn them on then connect them. Like basically half to unplug from the battary then reconnect them and hurry and connect with my note 5. But 2 of the lights are out in one of pods so gotta get more :/ hopefully the new set I get when I can will connect right. Worth the 60 I paid. Hopefully I'll be able to purchase more soon !

They look GREAT when they actually work. But why doesnt my phone stay connected, when I go to cut the lights off and leave the app, my phone then does not reconnect. Help would ne appreciated

Works when attached to box and when you connect on vehicle. However, the app won't recognize my phone droid turbo 2. I've tried for over 2 hours and very frustrated. Would have been better if you actually had a hard switch instead of putting out a glitchy app. Is there an update coming out to resolve the issue?... as of 6/23 still not working.. 6/27 surprise.. it still doesn't work.. where's the so called update?? As of 7/7 still no update...still doesn't work..

The lights work/ look great! ..when they work.. it took forever for the app to connect then they finally came on, played with them a bit and then they stop working if im not constantly switching the colors or something. They stay on but they no longer responds to the app. Tried restarting everything nothing works. I have to reboot them by un plugging them from the battery. That also seems like the only way to turn them off. What's wrong with these things!?

Lights come on when when car is on (does get power). But won't connect! Please fix this issue. I paid good money for these, and you can't fix the problem! I don't care about the beta version either, still doesn't work! Just fix it!!!

I have to disconnect it and reconnect it to get it to work right once I exit from the app it never connects back to it.. just says searching

Since the update i am extremely satisfied with this product great flash modes and seems as if the color is more vibrant. Absolutely no connection issues on my note4!. however in the next update I would like the music player for the lights to flash with to be a little more user friendly only reason it has 4 stars and not 5

The software is lacking, unsure if it is my phone or the zevo Bluetooth. However before the update I would normally spend three minutes connecting usually restarting the app several times before connecting. After updating last night I drove well over thirty minutes and was unable to connect at all between down swiping as well as resetting the app, restarting the zevo lights,resetting my phones bluetooth, and even resetting my phone completely. I have an galaxy s4 smart phone. Please fix. Love this product!

I plug my device in hooked it up correctly I grounded it and wired it used to correct fuse and tried to hook it to bluetooth but would not hook to bluetooth on bluetooth is says cannot connect to device so I don't know what's going on Store I bought it from we'll not take it back because of course I lost the receipt so now I purchased a broken device that I cannot use I don't know what to do wasted $60 for nothing

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 , I've tried everything to get it to Bluetooth to my phone it just won't connect. I've also tried a Samsung Note 4 and it won't connect either. It has power because when I pull the fuse and put it back in the lights go through the color changing and then it stops. I don't know what else to do.

Loved it till after a month one went out and then the other Sometimes both worked, now it doesn't work at all. Love paying for things that don't work

Hope to be able to afford more but recently lost job but I've had my set for about 4 months was extremely upset with then but now that the update on the product has come out couldn't be happier look amazing on my ss nova

It was really cool when i first installed them, but 20 minutes after i had them, the app disconnected and hasnt worked since. I have the galaxy s6, so not sure why i cant connect again

I wish the lights would stay on when the app is closed ........ update cant link up to the lights sucks big time

Love it but only 1 thing when i go 2 the clear it screen it doesn't clear it even with my Phone Off.

My Zevo Pulse Kit Will not connect it connected a couple of times but now it will not connect or even pick up the Bluetooth signal. Please help!!

If the app closes for any reason or I walk out of range I can no longer connect to the device. I literally have to pull the fuze and put it back in before I can connect to it again. This was a $50 waste of money! . :-(

I wish you could pick which colors you want to strobe or flash instead of the defaults. Like say I wanted it to fade from yellowish green to green to aqua to blue to purple.

App won't stay connected long enough to keep lights on. Is there anyway this problem can be fixed.

Please update this app to make the fade and other options work with just one color and not just with multi color.

Cannot get both sides working ever since it took an update. Not happy at all

I love these they look really cool, but I am I volunteer firefighter and I would like for them to be able to flash a pattern like red and white when I'm responding this is the only reason for 3 stars

Its OK now, they said it might be a hardware issue, so they send me a new one and now it's working perfectly for me, no more issue on not connecting and with the new update with a white color included, thanks!

Second set same thing

They are sweet but it either takes forever to connect or I need to unplug the fuse and reset it even then it takes forever to connect

Won't connect to my s6 edge the bluetooth says "OTA Update" and i dont pair it and go strait to the app and it won't find it

Bluetooth didn't work correctly to me

Extremely slow responding on my HTC One. Please have an update soon I got it to work but the apps horrible compared to when I try it on my girlfriend's iPhone 6s. Needs optimization. OH and when you reset the fuse, it cycles through the color spectrum for a second. I need that as a setting on the app!! That'd be the best!
