Family Locator - Phone Tracker

Paid for t hi is app the real time tracking is a joke no different if you use the free version just steal your money don't get this app

Very inaccurate, it would show me at work while i am back home and would show family member locations that are a few days old

App shows my daughter at the same location (which was wrong when it reported it to begin with) for over a year now. It has yet to update. If I could give this app a negative rating, I would.

It's horrible and totally confusion,I don't care what my aunt thinks about this app but I Know that it's a bad,dumb app.

Says offline when they are not. Real time tracking works sometimes. I like it but needs to be more reliable for the price I paid and needs some work. Looking forward to updates.

Does not work. Tried contacting support: ignored. Worst money I spent. Do not get free or buy it.

Was good at first. Now it loses track of my family for days at a time. Bit very helpful!

I know where my friends are, where my family is. They know where I am. Using Google map resources makes it easier on my smart phone to not be overloaded.

Checked and double checked all the settings but it just doesn't work

my family used the paid version of this app for years, but we are finally giving up. it used to work well, but over the last year it has become nearly 100% unreliable on all our phones. it almost never tells where anyone is, and when it does report a person's location it will is usually only one phone. the other phones will show the same person hasn't checked in for days.

I cant see the map can you help me to see the map plz

It hardly ever updates, so you can't track people. Big waste of money!!

I am very disappointed. The tracking is next to useless and support is very poor.

Love it....but sometimes the location gets stuck in a spot they have left for a good while for those you are tracking

Database entries for me and my daughter have been consistently wrong for the past half a year. I live in 2065 these days

Love this app. Use often. Quickly and easily see where my love ones are.

I am using life time package. But 1 month realtime position is working. After not working.

BE WARNED!!!! Emailed the developer/s 2 days ago since I the app wouldn't successfully register my lifetime subscription. The two non-rooted Nougat phones that I tried it on wouldn't successfully register the lifetime subscription .Google already deducted the lifetime subscription amount from my account. I have yet to hear from the developer/s. Update 01: It took a bad review for them to reply to my email. Premium lifetime subscription works but have time check other problems reported by other users

It didn't track unless the person to be tracked click the Family Locator icon most of the time. In this case, if the phone get stolen by snatch theft, you won't be able to locate it. I change my rating from 5 star to 3 star.

I can't believe I paid for this. It's not accurate at all. My son went somewhere and was gone for hours and this app showed he was still at home. It also switches dates when it feels like it. It's terrible and a waste of money. I have a free app that is accurate and stays on task like I want

This app is cool when it works. Most of the time it will not do live tracking, the location in the location history is not accurate. It will show an inaccurate location (in meters sometimes) plus it is slow when indicating departures arrivals to and from safe and danger zones. Other than that, it's cool when it works!

My daughter and grandkids are traveling from California to Mississippi. She and I installed this app on our phones so I can track her trip. It worked the first day and hasn't updated since! She's been on the road since Monday June 26. Today is Saturday July 1st! She even paid for premium updates! What if she got in an accident and couldn't contact us? What if someone broke into her camper at one of the 5 campgrounds she and my grandchildren stayed at? What if they were missing? Not having this app working would slow down the search for them! What a waste of money!! UNINSTALLING!!!

This app sucks! Does not work as to tracking your kids or tracking someone. Even after I paid for the premium. The times stamp is all screwed up and the date stamp is showing 12/27/2026 smh what a waste of money!

I have bought a full version of the app and, frankly, I am disappointed. It will not start automatically after phone restart, my family members often appear as off-line even though they have internet connection and on some of the devices in my family the app gets closed by the system - won't run in the background. In my opinion it needs a lot of work to become really functional.

It seems there are too many reasons for the app to stop working and with 2 teenagers in my home I need accuracy. I have the premium one with 4 people in my family but it seems I always have at least one out of the 4 that won't register. We have tried the things that are recommended like making sure location is on. I'm a little frustrated.

10/12/16 - USELESS! TRIED TO SEND MSG TO SUPPORT & APP EXITED! Was thrilled to see the update today that was to "fix bugs". But after downloading update - it "timesout" EVERYTIME I USE IT! Fix it or refund my $10!!

The app was good when I first installed it but since upgrading and paying for the premium version I cannot see the other person. No real time tracking. Only when the other person checks in then I can see a location. Very disappointed. Please fix. Update: contacted developer a couple of weeks back and still no reply with solution. Would not recommend.

Worked great til we upgrade to lifetime. Pretty much quit working. Pings at crazy locations that I know I haven't been to. And one of my family members quit working 9 hours ago. Location is still on. And right now the date says 2065

this app is good but doesn't shows the correct location. I and my brother are at same place then also it shows that we are away. I would request the family locator team to look after my problem

The app thinks that it is the year 2065 and has messed up the location tracking. It's useless now. Was a great app about a month ago

Location history is inaccurate. I have had location history a year in the past and a month in the future.

Always having a problem eith this app, wadte of money, not dependablr at all, not giving the location when needed, always wrong dates and time, very disappointed, not reliable at all. Sent email for help to trouble shoot but no response, they should refund my payment, both phones are not giving the locations

Real time trucking is not real time. Flight information is not accuracy, App using wrong airport location.

Awesome app great to keep up on kids or family in this ever changing world. With crime every where. This app helps in feeling safer when there away from home. You know where there at. Recommend this for every family
