Can't log in. Literally useless. "We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later."
I CAN'T USE THE APP I WAS TOLD TO REDOWNLOAD AND GIVE THE APP PERMISSION TO ACCESS MY LOCATION TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND I STILL CAN'T USE IT... PLEASE FIX BUG THIS IS VERY ANNOYING

I only have 1 issue. How can I access both of my accounts on mobile app? Please help
I haven't been able to log on in several months. Its only perk is having the card number right on my phone.
Can't even verify to sign in, so why bother even having an app?

For a bank called Synchrony this app certainly doesn't synchronize. The phone number listed both on my online account and tje one i signed up with is not on the app therefore not letting me verify my identity and locking me out of the app thus making it useless. Customer service didn't help at all just told me to use the full website instead
This app is horrible.... you can't just pay your bill, they make you have to call them so they can charge you a $10 convienenve fee. It's not convenient at all. My advice.... pay your bill off, and dump the card.

I have had this for years works great for me
Took multiple log in attempts to get in (even though my info was accurate). Had to force close the app multiple times to get them to send a verification code. Once I got past all that the app is decent. It just needs to include a page with the promotional purchases so we can see when they expire. The whole point of the app is to not have to use the full website, but to see this info we have to go there.
This app is garbage. You can't log in and when I finally did I made a payment that didn't go through and now you call me like I'm a deadbeat who doesn't pay my bill and try to charge me a late fee. This is the second time in two months. When this was owned by GE financial I never had a problem. Well now you can send me a paper statement and I will mail a check. You should be embarassed the way you conduct business it's 2017 get your act together. Best part is when I called they acted like I'm the only one with this problem, clearly by the looks of these reviews it's not just me. Maybe you should read them and fix the problems.
Are you kidding me? Horrible app. Can barely sign in. When I do all I can do is make a payment if I am lucky. Can't see charges, history, etc.
Worse app ever! I created an account and it will not let me log in! Disappointed!

This app is useless! I select the phone # and the option to get registration code by voicemail & the call never comes. I wanted to add my cell # to try getting code by text, but I am told I need to call to do this. This is my 2nd attempt at getting this app running, I won't waste my time again
Do you and your Development team ever plan on fixing this app so that I can actually use it? Either that or pull the damn app from the play store entirely. Your app is supposed to make things easier to manage right? Well how the hell do expect users to manage their accounts if we can't even use the app to begin with? SMFH
I have only been able to sign in a few times but most of the time it says to try again later. It is very frustrating and useless if you can't use the app.
Good to use to make a payment, when it let's you sign on and isn't giving you a network error please try again later message! Let us not forget when you try to view transaction history same error message! Needs to be fixed! Can't be too hard every other credit card app doesn't have this same issue
Updated phone number in website and it is still giving me the wrong number to "verify" customer service is NO HELP at all, they tell me "it's a third party who controls the app, call them" but there is no other number to call, I liked the app when it worked but now I will have to delete it due to the fact that i can't get back in it. Shame.
The new update made this app worthless. It was perfect. The thumbprint sign-in feature was the best but now, it makes me want to cancel my account after I pay it off. Completely trashed the app. You should've never messed with the app other than normal scheduled maintenance on the app. Please change it back.
Trying to see activity. Tells me it cannot complete my request at this time. Behind notice, I can clearly see the info I need has been brought up, I just can't interact with it. Bah!

I counted no less than 22 complaints about not being able to access payments or transactions under View History. Seems many more can't even log on. Synchrony Bank needs to have an IT Department to monitor and respond to issues as devices and apps are here to stay. People love your cards, but need current tools to improve their experiences and their reviews, and thus your ratings. Update 8/11/17. They finally resolved all functionality of the is app!!! Way to go! Thank you for listening to the cardholders who took the time to review your app which in turn affects your app ratings and potential future app users. Now start responding go them. You need a dedicated person reading reviews daily seeking potential problems and resolving them asap. Love Synchrony Bank Care Credit
