About Jack Sparrow Compass
A unique compass for Jack Sparrow fans which can point to your Home, School, Office, Car, Qibla or virtually any location of your choice. You can search and add new locations from the Google Maps, and this Compass can point to these saved locations. Or you can add a mobile device as target, and always get the latest position to that device. You can also get driving route to target locations from current location, or view all of your saved locations on Google map at once.
So even if you are going to a frequently visited place, or planning a trip to a new location, this app can help in navigation with and without Google Maps.

Jack Sparrow compass, inspired by famous Captain Jack Sparrow fictional character's Compass, is a unique compass because like the legendary compass it too doesn't points to the North (it can optionally do this too), but instead it points to the location or thing you want most in the world with one condition that you must know the coordinates of that location or can search it on-line via Google maps. If that’s not enough, it also shows the magnetic fields around your device so you not only can detect the metals, but can also detect ghost and spirits (at least in theory).

* Advance Compass
It's not only a basic compass which points to North or towards a static position, but it can point to the Magnetic North, True North, Qibla, and to unlimited locations of your choice. So, you can have it point to your home, office, school, college, favorite restaurant or any place where you want to go, and it will point to that location.
* Mobile Devices
You can also point accurately to any moving object or person. So, for example, if you want to track where your friend or family member is at this time, or where is your car at the exact current moment, using this app, you can get target mobile object exact location, distance and direction from your current position.
* Distance and Speed
When pointing to target location, it also tells you the total distance from the target location. This way you can know the total distance of your college from home and vice versa. Plus if you are moving towards that location, it will also show your speed and will dynamically keep updating the in between distance as you keep moving (require GPS or internet). This can be handy in many cases. For example, you can park your car anywhere in the new area, store it location, and then can safely return back to it with help of distance, location pointer and speed measure features.

This app crashed immediately, wouldn't even open more than a second, and in that second before the instant crash, it was a pop-up saying my phones magnetic whatever isn't supported. My phone runs gps and compass apps just fine, it's a new samsung. Just not this app apparently. Can't even open the app. Highly disappointed. I wanted this one to work so bad, especially since the new movie coming out.

I nearly passed over this "joke" app, but it is nearly perfect for what I need. The ability to add multiple late/long sites, its connectivity to google maps, and navigation make my job easier. I visit 10 or more locations a day, and I can preload all sites beforehand. I give this app a rating of 4.99 for MY needs. If multiple lat/long sites could be easily imported without having to enter each number by hand, this app would get 5 stars from me. EXCELLENT APP!

I love Jack Sparrow! I have encountered a problem with this app though; it doesn't work... I have a samsung Stratosphere and the compass just points forward all the time. 5 stars if you can get it to work. Never mind FIXED!
