स्मार्ट नाशिक अप्लिकेशन बंद केल्यानंतर पुन्हा कम्प्लेन्ट वगैरे करण्यासाठी परत रजिस्टर करावे लागते. फक्त बनवायची म्हणून बनविलेली अँप वाटते नवशिक्या सारख एकदा जर वेरीफाय झालं, तर कायम लॉगिन असला पाहिजे ना युजर. कम्प्लेन्ट करण्यासाठी 100 वेळा वेरीफाय करावं लागतं त्यानंतर सुद्धा ते लॉगिन होत नाही, माहिती बरोबर एंटर केल्यावर सुद्धा रेजिस्ट्रेशन फेलड असा मेसेज येतो, मग काय उपयोग ह्या असल्या फालतु app चा, सुधारणा करा जरा

It's a wonderful initiative from NMC.. I have been using this app since past few months. Paying land and water tax is a very comfortable affair. Although some basic things are missing like we cannot see previous paid history and it also does not provide a pdf receipt after payment. Also once paid the app still shows the bill as PAY NOW. Please also make the app interfere more appealing & easy to understand and use. I hope the developers will look into this.

The App is great when launched firstly but day by day it's go to dumb response. Today I want to launch complaint but it not show me the ward no. I tried more than 30 times but still I was unable to launch a single complaint
