App is technically good But my complaints registered 5days ago still not proceed or not replying why they late to communicate

I logged a complaint 2 days before but still not any action being taken.

Too many spelling mistakes. Need to correct them IMMEDIATELY

I complained about Street light. And it will solve in 24 hrs. Thanks corporation team

Not able to register. Pathetic app. You need to press keys several times to type word.

There is no action taken when register second complaint against street light and road....So this is not effective app.

It needs registration which is annoying... If your intention is not mala fide, let the users to take decision about registration after experiencing the user interface.

Total waste of People's money... Useless app... I have registered a complaint on 05 Sept... But a single review could not be taken by authorized person yet... Shame on this... Corrupted all govt servent, schemes and facilities...
