Within just 3 to 4 work outs I went from being over wait for an 12 year old girl to the fight wait. This has made me so happy now I fell like I can go swimming with my friends and I fell so much happier and healthier it is the best and it is not that hared ether so happy I know like working out and do it more then once it a day and it is good how to can edit how long you do it for it is just so good and also it sets a reminder every day so you don't forget to work out xxx

I rate this thing 5 stars. It helps you learn how to lose weight and gets you motivated. I am 120 pounds and am 11, so I'm using this app now. Just did my first 5 minutes, but it got me really tired. If I practice, I will get stronger, skinnier, faster, more balanced and be in shape. For all the kids trying to lose weight, keep trying and we will all get there one day.

I'm 11 and I never thought I would be able to lose weight but I downloaded this app and after doing it every day for 2 or 3 weeks I have lost a lot of weight!!! It's awesome you can make your own exercises, or even do someone else's. I would definitely recommend this app.

If you don't feel like driving all the way to the gym, this is a convenient app so you can exercise at your home. For me, I'm not old enough to go to the gym yet so I use this and the work outs are really good. I've been using it for a week and I've already lost a pound. Very good. I love this app.

Works really well. Fun and easy for my five year old and I to do together each morning. She even extended our time by five minutes today because she enjoys it so much. If there is an exercise that she struggles with she will give it ago and then change to do one she enjoys for that 30 second stint. We have had no freezing or constant annoying adds which normally happen with free apps. Everyone should have this app!☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

My family is not the target audience but we love it anyway. I have a 3yr old & a 5 yr old. My 5 yr old is very quiet & dislikes being active, this has caused a mild motor delay. I thought he would enjoy being able to watch kids doing the movements before trying them himself. It worked! We now do workouts daily! I only required that he try 5 minutes but he's now requesting 20. So pleased! Thank you!

Currently, I am 12 years old and I weigh 119 pounds. I feel very insecure about this and also feel bloated alot more often. My goal for this summer is to go down to 115, for now. Maybe if i acheive that, i'll attempt to shoot for 110. I am menstuating regularly and stuff, but i am tired of being so inactive. This app has helped me A LOT. I am SUPER grateful!

This app is amazing, I love it. I just tested it and now I've made a choice that I'm going to do all three exercises everyday, ( for 5 mins)and I think its going to help. But, however, I think they could explain the exercises, because I didn't get some of them, but this is a great app.

I am 10 skinny and sporty but not sporty enough. His app is good to keep u up and running set reminders and work out daily. Keeps ,e off xbox alot and it's fun test out this app it's really cool and keeps ,e on track and up 2 date with trampolining football gymnastics.........totally get it

I love this app because it has strength agility and balence and stretching. Also you can plan how many minutes, and it makes you do at least 5 minutes. I burned 80 calories in 10 minutes!!! The workouts on here can be a bit challenging but exciting and fun at the same time!!!!! This app sure does make you sweat!!!!!

I love it so far I did a 30 minute work out because I'm trying to lose weight I'm 95 pounds and 4'6 so I'm a a bit over weight I like how you can costomize your workouts the way you want and track your weight. I'm 12 years old and in sixth grade and I love it. Adults can use it to.

It is good for children and has exercises for all sizes and abilities. Really helpful in keeping to a workout schedule as you can put on reminders to workout. Has sections for flexibility for those trying to be able to do the splits.also an agility section and strength sections with exercises and drills to help improve those areas of fitness

Its a great workout and I like the fact it tells you how many calories you burn. And you a just the time like if you want to do it for 2 min cause your leaving. Oh and also it's not just great for kids it's great for adult too. I know this because my mom uses it. Also there is a voice in the background that tells you what your doing next and counts down when you at 3 sec. And the best of all its free! You need to get this app!

I love it! Me and my sister been doing it for 10-20 minutes per day or even per an hour. We burned about 130 calories every 2hrs. If I was to suggest this to any body, I WILL! (P.S.- it keeps me busy, going and mind off of sweets!)

I am an 11 year old girl and I weigh 70 pounds. (lightest in my class) I did a few workouts with this and the original app and I was 71 pounds. Does that mean I am building muscle or fat? Please help. Also, this app is awesome.

I'm only 13 and weigh 171!!! I know shocking, huh? This app is so helpful, and will get you in shape the motivation and focusing. I have only done 5mins of the flexibility and balance and I'm very tired but with the app I know I could be at least 140.

I am 11 1/2 years old and currently weighing 102 pounds. I am chunkier than alot of my friends and am about to download this app to help slim down a bit. My current goal is to be 98 pounds like how I used to be two months ago. I am going to start drinking 6 cups if water a.day to seep up my metabolism and start taking at home private dance lessons. Can't wait! P.S I'm gonna only eat one or two small sweets a day. Love this!!!!

Im one of those customers that are picky and ive tried so many fitness apps that let me down or confuse the crap outta me with excercise charts but this app is easy. Simple. And you can customize your own workoits and stop anytime u like BONUS it tells u how many calories u lost in whatever time u press stop. Its amazing and i hate to blab but its totally worth everyones time
