*you just put the headphone chord in your headphone our of your smart phone and into the mic in on your laptop sound card their made for tiny crappy mics so they dont need the ususal bigger 1 1/4th size headphone cabels i suppose it could be done threw usb but this is simpler just hit record on mic in on your daw and play the beat, if you used a click track/metronome or have an ear for time signature (ie outside 4/4 time sig) changes & good tempo - you could record a pretty dope beat layering trx.

How do people like this? The only likable part is uninstalling this

If there were a payable version to make your own beats, hold a beat and record your jams then this app would be worth it, that said, this app is cute for kids, but not enough for an adult.
